Hours later, the plane, or private jet, had landed. They were escorted off the private jet, their luggage taken care of.
They were motioned to go into a limo that could fit all of them. It wouldn't take long for them to get there. About everyone there was excited and curious as to what was going to happen.
When they got there, they were explained the rules before everyone went to their own room with their own screen. They were playing a game and would get money for playing, so no one argued. Apparently, the game was called Among Us.
Each game will have two imposters
The imposters job is to kill all the crew mates
Crew mates fix the ship and finish their tasks before the imposters kill all but two of them.
If you die and expose the imposters, they automatically win.
The imposters could get people from the other team to help them if they desire. If the crew mates that helped the imposters are still alive, they get an extra ten thousand.
After explained the rules, they were told that they would play a total of five rounds. Everyone was excited. They all knew that they were walking out with at least ten thousand dollars, so winning would be a plus.
They were all escorted to their own room. Each room had a computer in the room, with the game already connected, and a microphone, so that they could hear each other during the meetings. Apparently, they were playing a mode of the game called proximity chat. Meaning that if they were close to each other, they could hear them. Each had a pair of headphones so it would be better.
When everyone got in their room, they put their headphones in and chose the color of their space suit. Since it was their first time playing, they didn't have a lot of options for hats. They just went with no hats for right then.
Marinette had the pink one, Damian had the dark green, and Chloe had yellow. Dick had the dark blue, Jon had cyan, while Jason had red. Adrien had black, Lila had orange, Nino had lime green, and Alya had white.
Starting the game, they were all ready to try and win more money. For the first game, the imposters were Marinette and Damian. Lucky for them, Marinette was the host of the game. She customized it so that the task bar didn't go up until the meetings. So the round would be good and they could fake their tasks easily.
"This is cool." Marinette said, going to the top of the drop ship. She was mesmerized by the Polus map. She went up to the middle, closer to the right, and faked the keys tasks.
She heard everyone make their comments about the game.
"I actually already know this map already. After all, I helped them make the game." Lila's voice went through everyone's headphones.
Jason, who was annoyed with the chick, asked a question. "Is there any way to mute yourself?"
Marinette spoke up. "If you press the letter 'm', it'll mute you."
"Great. So the bi-" Jason started.
"Language." Chloe said. She started circling around Marinette. "We have innocent ears here."
"Fine, The girl in the orange should press 'm' and continue her stories. Or get away from everyone with common sense." He said.
Alya had started to defend Lila. It was going to get chaotic and Marinette knew it. She had seen Damian leave and she left with him. Their vision was bigger than the crew mates, so she would know if anyone was following her. Seeing no one was paying attention to her, she followed the direction Damian was going.
Going down the dropship, walking into laboratory, and into decontamination, the two had known that they were alone. They had a chance to talk about the plan that they should have before killing anyone.
