|31| I'm Not A Little Girl

"Are you not allowed to be in a relationship?" Ena ask.

"No, I am... It's just... Well, with my family it's like a telephone. When an information passes on, everyone knows about it. When I tell my mother about my relationship with Oikawa, the whole family will know about it the next hour. Nothing really stays hidden and I'm afraid what they're going to say about him... If they don't like him..." you say worriedly.

Your family not liking Oikawa scares you.

"Listen, just because they're related to you doesn't mean they have to be that important to you to decide your life choices. You make your own choices, (Name). You can go on and act like you're following them but you'll have to make secret moves sometimes. Because in the end, the one who's living the life is you. They've already living theirs, it's time for you to do yours. You like Oikawa, right?" Ena ask as she takes hold of your hands while she looks at you.

You nod with a smile, "Yeah, I do but don't tell him that," you ask of her.

Ena smiles, "Why?"

"Because I want him to hear it from me. I know it's going to make him happy," you tell her with a brighter smile.

"You're planning on telling on the one month anniversary, aren't you?" Ena ask with excitement in her voice and you nod with a little jump, "That's honestly really cute. I'm quite jealous honestly but, hey, one day I'll find someone," she says which made you giggle, "Oikawa better get you something good," she adds.

"I don't think he knows which is okay because I don't expect anything honestly," you confess.

"Oh, no, child," she says which made you laugh.

"I'm older than you," you remind her.

"By a month!" she yells which made you laugh even more

"Ena," Coach Irihata says as he gets the car.

"I need to go. Get home safely," she says and you nod and wave her and Coach Irihata good bye.

You continue smiling goodbye to them until they're out of your sight. Once they left, your smile disappear and you lower your arm. "You got your answers," you say loudly as you turn around. Iwaizumi comes out of hiding, "Now tell me why you wanted me to ask her about her family,"  you demand and he sighs and tells you about what happened at his job with Ena with a middle age man and Ena calling him a rapist.

"Iwaizumi, do you like her by any chance?" you ask him and he looks away. You sigh, "Ena is a good friend to mine which is why I told her you were listening in," you tell him which widen his eyes.

You take out your phone and show him the text you showed Ena explaining how Iwaizumi wanted you to ask her about her family. Once he read it, you put your phone away, "I'm not going to play her like that nor make her say something she trusts me with-with you eavesdropping. If you're curious and wondering about what it was about, ask her directly. Who knows, she might be honest with you if you're honest with her," you explain and Iwaizumi nods.

You were going to say goodbye but stop yourself from doing so, "Iwaizumi," you say, getting his attention. He looks at you, "We may not be close but I want to let you know that I can be someone you can trust or even a big help when needed. I'm also a good listener. Just saying," you tell him as you feel like there's something off about him.

Iwaizumi doesn't say anything so you were going to walk away but when he notices how you ere going to leave, he speaks up, "How well do you handle situations that involve blackmail or manipulation?" he ask you which cause you to smirk as you look at him.

At that moment there, Iwaizumi knew that you were a different person or just hoping him a side of yourself you don't show but what he did know was at that moment he can trust you.
