dream had never been to this cafe but when he walked inside he felt a sense of comfort surround him. kind of like when he's with george. it confused him. but he didn't complain.

sapnap had ordered both drinks and food, then sat down with dream.

"how have you and george known each other for so long?" dream asked all of a sudden, he had already asked before but this time he was hoping to get an answer.

"has george still not told you?"

"no."

sapnap really did want to tell dream but if george hadn't told him then he's not sure how george would react. but he gave in.

"please don't bring this up with george because he's very sensitive about what happened."

"okay."

"back in high school he had came out, and keep in mind his parents already abused him. you know, cut him, hit him etc. and when he came out not only did they abuse him. they hoped that if they raped george he would convert back. so they did. that explains a part of the difficulty of showing emotion. but after i was fed up of hearing the horrible story's each time i saw him so he moved in with me for the rest of high school. then he moved out once he became 19."

dream was speechless. he had hated what happened to someone so special. non of it was dreams fault, he knew that but for some reason he blamed himself for it. he couldn't start to imagine how that affected george and the trust issues that george probably has, with that information tomorrow when he saw george, he's going to promise to never leave. maybe george will feel a little more secure.

or maybe it'll ruin his entire life.

george finally arrived at the cafe and just so he did get overwhelmed he walked straight to the counter without looking at his surroundings.

it was a big mistake.

"george?"

dream.

george tensed up. he looked messy, he was tired, why did he have to see dream now.

"what are you doing here georgie?"

he was anxious, but hearing him call george that made george flustered. reliving the tension in his body.

george stood there in hopes that dream didn't see his face as he was as red as a tomato.

"i wanted coffee and i haven't been out of bed in a few days"

"why aren't you looking at me george, too scared to see my pretty face?"

every single time he uses that tone. every time he talks like that. it makes george realise that he really had fallen too deep.

george turned around but he was facing down in attempts to hide his face.

"george look at me, i haven't seen your pretty, pretty face in so long"

"oh shut up dream"

deep down in george's british accent, dream could hear george blushing.

george knew that if he didn't put his head up dream wouldn't let it go. so there he was. making eye contact with him.

george just wishes he could the real beauty of dreams eyes. the green that for him looks like piss.

"a black coffee for george?" the cashier said, she had medium length pink hair, she looked familiar.

"ah thank you" george grabbed his coffee.

"i don't think i'm going to eat inside so i guess i'll see you tomorrow dream, and sapnap i hope to see you soon!"

"yeah george maybe we could catch up sometime"

"of course!!"

"i'll see you tomorrow george, take care okay?"

"you too." george's heart throbbed.

when both dream and sapnap got home they immediately went onto discord and called.

"it was nice finally getting out wasn't it dream?"

"you liked it because george was there didn't you?"

"SAPNAP I SWEAR SHUT U-"

george joined the call.

"hey george!!"

"sapnap!! hey!"

"hey george"

"hi dream!!"

they spoke about the unexpected meet up and then dream started to stream the manhunt.

"hey darryl do you want to join dreams manhunt?!" george shouted from the other room.

"yeah! give me a minute and i'll join!"

they spent the whole night doing man hunt and then dream ended his stream. then sapnap and bad went to bed.

it was just george and dream.

they sat in comfortable silence, but then dream spoke up.

"george?"

"yeah!?"

"sub to technoblade."
and with that they both fell asleep.
