"Spence?" He whispered to her. "Yeah, what's wrong?" Spencer asked as she whispered to him, she could tell by the way his voice sounded that something was up. "I'm actually not feeling all that great." Toby whispered to her and she turned her head to look at him, her expression filled with worry and concern. "Are you okay?" She asked as she whispered to him again. "Relax babe, I don't think it's anything serious, I'm just a little tired from the training." Toby whispered and Spencer nodded, she was really hoping that's all it is, especially considering that he's not one to complain that much about pain or not feeling well. "Okay, do you want to go back to the loft?" She whispered to him and he nodded. "Yeah, I think that's probably a good idea." He whispered back to her and she nodded. "Okay, then let's go." She whispered and he nodded, then they both stood up from their seats, Toby got another rush of dizziness and he stumbled a little bit and luckily Spencer was able to steady him in her arms. "Are you sure that it's just that you're tired, not something more serious?" She whispered to him and he nodded. "Yeah, yeah I'm sure. You don't have to worry about me." He whispered to her and she nodded, although she wasn't entirely sure that she believed him.

"I'm sorry." He whispered, feeling guilty that they're having to leave in the middle of the movie. "Hey, there's nothing you need to apologize for, it's okay. Besides, I care way more about you than the rest of this movie." Spencer whispered back to him and he smiled softly at her, he then grabbed her hand and she smiled back at him as she squeezed his hand gently as they walked out of the theater.

"Would you mind if I drove the truck?" Spencer asked him as they walked back to his truck, Toby looked at her questionably. "Spence, I'm fine to drive back myself." He told her, but she wasn't buying it. "Yeah, somehow I don't believe that. Please just let me drive, and you can try to rest." Spencer said and Toby didn't look too thrilled with the idea. "Please, for me?" Spencer asked again, this time showing off her puppy dog eyes, Toby reluctantly rolled his eyes in defeat. "You know it's not fair when you do that." He said and Spencer shrugged. "Hey, you do the same thing to me, plus it worked, didn't it? Okay anyway, let's get you home." She said and Toby nodded in agreement, he got in the passenger side of his truck while Spencer got in the driver's side, she looked over at him. "You doing okay?" She asked him, the concern still evident in her voice because he didn't exactly look okay, but he nodded. "Yeah, I'm okay." He said as he gave her a small smile, she smiled back even though she was obviously still worried about him. "Good." She said before holding her hand out for him to hand her the keys so she could start the truck, he handed them to her and she started the truck before looking back over at him, she gently kissed his forehead before turning her attention back to the fact that she has to drive them back to the loft, she pulled out from the movie theater parking lot and then they were off as they headed back to the loft.

Once they arrived back at the loft, Spencer helped Toby out of his truck, he had actually managed to get a little sleep on the ride back, but then he started to feel worse, he got this blinding pain in his stomach, he wasn't sure what it was, but he knew that he didn't like it,
he tried to play it cool for Spencer's sake, but she could pretty much tell that he was in more pain than he was admitting. Spencer helped Toby up the stairs and inside the door to the loft, he made his way over to the couch and sat down, she sat down next to him.

"You feeling any better? She asked him and he looked at her. "Y-yeah, I'm okay." He said, he didn't want to worry her, but then the pain got even worse and he winced a little. "Tobes." Spencer said softly. "Okay, no. Not at all, it's actually gotten worse." Toby said before wincing a little as he put his hand on his stomach and Spencer put her hand on his shoulder comfortingly, She knows that he really must be feeling miserable because he hates admitting that he's in pain. "Just try to breathe slowly… Where does it hurt?" She asked him.
"M-my stomach." Toby said before wincing in pain again, which only worried Spencer even more because clearly his pain was getting worse. "Tobes, exactly how bad is the pain?" She asked him. "L-like on a scale of one to ten?" Toby said and Spencer nodded. "I-I would say, a-about a twelve." Toby said, and the wheels started turning in her head and she came to a diagnosis. "Babe, it sounds like you have a gastric ulcer." She said, the concern growing in her voice.
