'God this is SO embarrassing...'

"You owe me now."

"WHAT?!"

"I came here to help you and you didn't need help, either you owe me or... you admit that you just wanted a reason to see me."

"I would never say that, I contemplated getting murdered before calling you."
You deadpanned

Kuroo simply smirked, before starting to walk away.

"Kuroo wait... come inside for a second?"

"Hmm... Alright chibi Chan~"

The two of you walked inside, and you asked Kuroo to sit on the couch.

"Have you eaten diner yet?"

"Nope"

"Good... eat this and I won't owe you." You said, handing kuroo a bowl of soba.

He looked up at you, starry eyed when he tried the soba.

"Chiiibi Chan~ you don't completely suck!"

"Excuse me?"

"I mean... you're a good cook..."

You felt yourself start to smile for a second before going right back to glaring at kuroo

"Was that a smile chibi Chan?"

"Shut your mouth catboy."

You got up and walked out of the room, once you were out of kuroo's sight you leaned against a wall and held your hands to your chest.

'My heart is beating fast and I have this weird feeling in my chest... is this a heart attack.... god he's so annoying it probably would give me a heart attack'

You took a deep breath and walked back into the room, to see kuroo playing with Jack.

"Who's a good kitty? You're a good kitty. Precious lil guy...."

Seeing kuroo talking to a cat in a high pitched voice made you burst out in laughter.
Kuroo's eyes widened as he looked at you, who was practically dying laughing.

'Her laugh is so cute... wait what am I thinking? She's annoying and way too cocky... you'd have to be crazy to find her cute...'

After a while of laughing you went back to your normal attitude.
"Would you finish the soba already? I'd like you out of my house"

"Back to the 'I'm so above you' attitude again huh?"

You ignored him and let him finish eating, before walking him out.
As he walked away from your house you decided to say something.

"Kuroo, for the record..."

'Just say that you don't think you're above him... and be nice... that's all you have to do...'

"I uh.... I don't think I'm above you"

Kuroo shot you the same smug smile he always had.

"I'm glad chibi Chan~"

'His smirk makes me mad....'

"You didn't let me finish... I know that I'm above you."

His smirk dropped into a glare as he watched you close the door, a self-satisfied grin plastered on your face.

"Seeya catboy."

"Annoying chibi Chan..."

[time skip//one week]

You and kuroo were currently yelling at eachother over what formation would be the best for the team to play in
The constant yelling is something that the team and your class had gotten used to at this point

Both of you stopped when you noticed that the teacher, and your classmates, were all staring at you.

"Y/n, kuroo, you two will be cleaning the classroom after school because of this disruption."

"What?! Class hasn't even begun yet that makes no sense! Plus he started it!" You said pointing at kuroo

You teacher looked more annoyed now.
"Class started a few minutes ago, you were too busy yelling to notice. And I don't care who started it, now sit down"

You glared at kuroo before sitting down

[time skip//after class]

"Damnit kuroo, we're gonna be late to practice because of you!"

"Well if you'd just clean faster the wouldn't be a problem, idiot"

"Idiot? I'm ahead of you in half of the subjects"

"And I'm ahead of you in the other half!"

The room was silent for a while, until you thought of an Insult

"Hey kuroo"

"What?"

Pointing to the periodic table you said "Fluorine, uranium, carbon, potassium
Yttrium, oxygen, uranium."

[F, U, C, K, Y, O, U.]

Kuroo paused for a moment

"Fuck you too, bismuth, technetium, hydrogen."

(Bi, Tc, H.)

You glared at him, trying to hide the fact that you wanted to laugh.

After about 20 minutes you had finished cleaning.

"You know that would have taken less time if you didn't talk so much"

"Maybe I wouldn't have talked to much if you weren't so annoying!"

"That doesn't even make sense..."

"Shut up!"

You and kuroo continued to argue until you got to the gym

"Sorry we're late, kuroo got me in trouble!"

"Why do I have a feeling it's not just his fault?" Nekomata asked

"Kuroo is just using his catboy mindtricks on you. Don't fall for it catman!"

[time skip//after practice]

"It's your fault we were late to practice chibi Chan!"

"It was totally your fault! You started it catboy!"

Kenma looked at you arguing like children once again
"Can you stop acting like a little kid kuroo?" Kenma asked, still staring at his mini console.

"What?! But she's doing it too! Why didn't she get called out?!"

"Because she isn't annoying..."

"Thanks kenma! This is why I think we should have been soulmates!"

A light blush came across kenmas face, going completely unnoticed by you or kuroo, who had already started arguing again.
