|39| Cheating?

"Acting like what?" Iwaizumi says as he looks at her, wondering what's going on.

"Like you're my boyfriend," Ena says and Iwaizumi looks away as it's true. Whatever situation Ena got herself into, he would always be there as if he was her boyfriend. Even lectures her like one. 

Protects her like one.

Some point, Ena caught feelings and he did too but he denied them every time because he knows he's not allowed to have these feelings for Ena. She won't like it. Ena can't deal well with relationship so when Iwaizumi rejected her, she continued going after him as she knew it would lead no where.

They both knew... It would never work.

But what do we know? Iwaizumi says to himself as he looks at her. He remember a conversation he has privately with you. He trusted in you and you gave him really good advice. He asked if he could trust you and you told him that trusting you is his choice and proving him wrong is yours. 

You promised to protect Iwaizumi as long as he continues to trust you.

Iwaizumi looks at Ena, "Then let me be," he says which made Ena lower her lipstick that she was going to apply it on her lips.

"What?" she says as she looks at him in shock.

"Let me be your boyfriend," Iwaizumi says which made Ena smile sarcastically.

"You really are stupid as you look," she says as what Iwaizumi said sounds like bullshit.

"Ena, we both know our feelings for each other. It no secret between us. You know it and I know it," Iwaizumi reminds her, "We say it won't work but what do we know?" he ask her and Ena knew that he had a point but still... "I don't want you dating someone else like how I know you wouldn't want me with someone else," Iwaizumi says which made Ena laugh.

"I'm sorry but have you forgotten the fact that I'm a sadist--"

"Then hurt me," Iwaizumi says confidently which caught Ena off guard as she was using that as an excuse and he knows it, "Make me cry like you said you would. Who knows I might end up enjoying it but what I do know for sure is that I don't want to be wondering about the what ifs. I want to be with you. I like you. If it doesn't work out just like we tell ourselves then we break up but at least we won't be wondering and continue on being idiots towards each other," Iwaizumi says which made Ena go quiet for a few seconds as she was thinking about it.

Iwaizumi looks at her nervously. He watches her sigh and the way her face looks it seems like she's having an argument in her head against herself, "You don't want to be with me. I'm... The only reason why I keep chasing after you is because I know you're going to reject me and push me away and it keeps the other guys away from me," Ena confesses as she looks at him.

"You can't decide nor tell me what I want or don't want," Iwaizumi tells her.

"It's not that," she says as she tries to find the words but also wondering if she should tell him why she's like this, "I may have told you that I wanted to make you cry and be the dominate one but truth be told is that I can't be submissive. I can't be dominated nor touched by any man," Ena says which confused him, "I was raped when I was young," Ena tells him which widen Iwaizumi's eyes.

This would explain why Ena is alway around girls and if she's around any males, she would alway be the bigger person. The dominate. Iwaizumi can now understand the way she acts and is but something doesn't make sense...

"You... How...? Why? Who?" Iwaizumi couldn't find the question. Who would do that to her and why. Is the person who did it in prison? "D-Did you get justice?" he ask which made Ena laugh as she's surprised that'S the question he decides to ask properly.
