I had at least killed a thousand assassins back on earth.

Every time I killed someone, my mind became more twisted but fortunately, I could suppress it and it only resulted in my personality disorder.

The reality back on Earth is harsh.

Many laboratories that are supported by the government tried to steal the biochemical weapons that I invented to use them to conquer the world.

Even I don't know what's got into me to invent weapons that could destroy mankind but it became a hobby for me back on Earth.

I had experienced all the dark side of the world and I was even targeted by the government and some criminal organizations.

Even though I made a lot of enemies back then, I still made some connections that helped me defend myself from those threats such as some leading companies from all over the world and even the hitman organization.

'I should stop reminiscing the past and face the present since the enemy that I'm going to face is much more sinister than what I had encountered. The demon lord is no joke.'

I took out the rings and necklace that the tree spirits had dropped from before and appraised it using the system's appraisal skill.

Three translucent blue screens appeared in front of me which displayed the artifact's information.

The wind element artifacts were suited for Aerin since she excelled in using both wind and nature magic.

I went to Aerin and gave her the rings and necklaces.

She thanked me in return and Aerin, Zale and I left the place where I made the houses and headed to the forest.

We walked for hours and it was already getting dark as the sun sets and some stars shone brightly in the sky.

Aerin, Zale, and I arrived at a safe place where the system map indicated that the monster activities in here were low and this place was safe to be used as the place where I will cast [Void] and [Gate].

I cast [Void] then a black aura envelopes my hand and I slashed my hand into the sky which then a dark slash launched into the sky.

The dark slash formed a crack in space which allowed me to cast [Gate] then a door made out of bright white light appeared in front of me.

I signaled Zale and Aerin to enter the door and we entered the door.

Zale, Aerin, and I were teleported outside the Sweet Pork Inn.

We opened the entrance of the Sweet Pork Inn and entered it.

Bustling sounds of people chatting with each other as they are their dinner and the atmosphere was lively as ever were present as we were inside the Inn. w

I saw Mathew and Sophie helping the staff of the Sweet Pork Inn, acting as a waiter and serving food to the customers.

'I don't know why they are helping them on serving the food. I should ask Mathew and Sophie about this.'

I went to Mathew and Sophie and asked, "What are you doing?"

"We are serving food of course. What else are we doing? Eating?", Mathew sarcastically said.

'He does have a point. Why did I even ask such a simple question?'

"Why are you serving food?" I asked Mathew and Sophie.

"The staff asked us to helped since the Inn is full of customers and they will pay us in return.", Sophie replied.

"We already have a lot of money so why are you working to earn money?", I asked Sophie and Mathew.

"We don't have money on us since you were the one holding all of our money and since you are with Zale and Aerin to who knows where, Sophie and I can't pay for our food.", Mathew replied.

'I did forget to give my teammates the share of the money that we got since I stored it in the system inventory.'

"Here, these are enough for a year's worth of expenses.", I said and gave Sophie and Mathew some coins.

Mathew and Sophie thanked me in return and headed to the owner and paid some of the money.

We then went to our respective rooms and I lied on the bed and fell asleep.

I woke up and it was already morning.

The Inn is quiet today compared to last night.

The door of the Inn was opened in a fast manner which resulted in a loud creaking sound.

The sound of hurried footsteps can be heard and then someone entered my room.

"His Highness, the human king, requests for your audience!", The man dressed in formal attire said.
