{FINISHED} Y/n is invisible.
Yes, she is solid and physically there. For her whole life, she's been the quiet girl in the shadows. She has to distance herself to hide a dark secret. Her psychic powers limit her life options. Yes- powers, the extent...
I let go of the door handle and took a seat on my beanbag in the corner. "First of all... how the hell did you get in my room?" I asked.
He crossed his eyes and furrowed his eyebrows. "Clairvoyance," he said. "your face isn't easy to forget since you're the first person to actually remain in one piece; everyone else switches from muscles to skeletons."
I knew what clairvoyance was, but that was a super power... which only existed in movies. Okay, well I could read thoughts, which belonged in a movie, but that was just me. Nobody else could possibly have powers like mine, much less other powers. He didn't seem the type to give away this sort of information anyways. What was going on?
"I know you're hiding something. When I read you, I sensed no intent of harm or mischief. I'm thinking you could be someone I can relate to."
Suddenly my computer wakened and exposed my last tab: a fan page of Miraculous: the Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir.
My eyes widened and I ran over to the computer. Saiki looked disgusted. "Shut up," I said. "And don't go looking through my stuff." I was furious and humiliated. I knew this didn't make me look like a regular boring person.
"Yeah, I did not expect that." he said. "You're definitely full of secrets." His eyes were powerful and persistent. They studied me like a microscope, but I fought to appear calm. I'd taught myself how to react, but it seemed like he could read through them.
I decided to play dumb. "You're crazy. Clairvoyance and telepathy don't exist. You can't read my thoughts." he shrugged. What was I supposed to get from that?
"Maybe I can't. And maybe thats why I want you to tell me. There are so much things we could do together. Well, how about this. If you tell me a secret, I will leave you alone."
I almost laughed. Did he really think I would trust him that easily? I scoffed and said, "Okay, smart boy, I will tell you a secret."
He kind of lifted his eyebrow at me and leaned closer.
"My secret is, I can scream really loud. So if you don't get the fuck out of my house, I will scream really loud and have my parents see that there is a pink haired stalker spying on me, an innocent boring girl. You have 10 seconds."
He didn't move at first. I was intimidated, but didn't show it. I had no idea who or what powers this boy possessed, but he did not seem normal. The pink hair was a clear indication of that, but his attitude radiated knowledge and experience.
"I will leave," he said. "but just know this isn't over. I know you're hiding something. The others can't see it, but I know. You'll have to tell me sooner or later." With that, he opened my window and crawled out. It was the second floor, so I didn't see how he could escape or get in easily. I gave him a few seconds and then raced to looked down.
He was no where to be found. Strange, I thought. Just the second week of school and a boy has already became a stalker. While I didn't admit it, he definitely intrigued me to. I had to be careful around him, because I didn't know his danger.
I decided not to tell my parents about it. Because he revealed something to me, I decided to take a chance that he might not be an evil scientist waiting to trap me.
When I went to close my window, I saw a pencil hovering slightly above the pane. I must have been imagining it, because when I went to touch it, it was on the pane. The clean scent of flowers and masculinity floated inside my room. I shivered and closed the window, shutting out the aroma.
Saiki Kusuo might not have been a threat, but he was definitely someone to watch out for.
