"So?" Petra said impatiently looking at her boss with a raised brow. Levi glanced at her then looked away to the bunch of  people looking at him questioningly.

Levi decided to be straightforward about the situation considering that he was going to tell them some day.

"Me and Y/N are partners." Levi stated glancing back down at his cup and slowly grabbing it. Everyone's faces turned into shocked expression hearing the news about Levi and Y/N being partners. But someone very enthusiastic thought differently of The word partners.

"So you and Y/N are......together." Hange said with shocked eyes. Levi glanced at her with a dark expression but hange being her was completely oblivious of it.

"So you guys love each other.." Said looking up at the roof of the club, everyone surrounding that table glanced at her with a disappointed look on their face. "Did you guys have se-" randomly says slamming both hands on the table looking at Levi but got cut off by the sound of Petra's voice.

"That's not what he meant hange." Petra says with clear disappointment in her words. Hange looked at Petra and frowned sitting back on the chair she was once in.

"Then what could he mean?" Hange questions.

"He means that he is partners with Y/N cop wise, Not romantically." Petra says touching the shoulder of hange. Hange came to a moment of realization and glanced at Levi awkwardly before she looked away. Levi looked at her with annoyance as he turned to face the others.

"But why would you partner with her?" Gunther asked. Olou looked at Gunther with a clear look of cockiness. Olou firmly gripped on Gunther's shoulder while looking at him with a smirk written on his face.

"Can't you see, this is the perfect plan for Levi- I mean boss." He said then completely corrected himself when Levi looked at him with a glare. Olou looked back at Gunther with a more careful look.

"How is it a perfect plan, they are just partnered with each other." Gunther said. Erwin was in a thinking position but got out of it when he went to answer Gunther.

"It means that Levi has the upper hand." Erwin started looking at the table with narrowed eyes. Everyone looked at him with questioning looks, while Levi sits back on his chair closing his eyes.

"You guys might think why........well All Levi has to do is gain her trust, which I'm guessing he earned a bit from going to that masquerade event." Erwin says looking at Levi who had a slight smirk on his face while he had his eyes closed.

"But Is not easy gaining her trust, so why not make her fall in love with him right?" Eld added

Levi smirk instantly disappeared. While the others looked at eld, nodding there head in satisfaction. Levi open his eyes looking at the people in the room with narrowed eyes.

"No." Is what Levi responded with. Everyone's face dropped and looked at Levi with a brow raised. "I won't make her fall in love with me, it's just stupid." Levi said with harshness written in his voice.

"If I were to try to make her fall in love with me, Instead I would be the one falling for her." Levi stated clearly meaning everything he said. If you were to think about it, the thing Levi said was true.

Making someone fall in love with you, will just end up with you falling in love with them first. It's basically like having a clear mindset of what you would want to happen, and it will be the result of it happening, but instead of the person it would be you doing that action.
