"Mike, did you know we're one of nine planets in a vast galaxy?" Erwin informs him, a brilliant smile across his lips.

"Well ain't that somethin'," he says, crossing the room to kiss the top of Erwin's head.

"It is indeed if only my father could've heard about this. He would've been over the moon..." he mumbles, letting out a small sigh as he reminisces on his past.

"I think he'd be proud that we were able to come so far. Especially with you at the helm," you point out as the girls tie off their braids.

"You really think so?" he sighs, his bright smile dimming slightly as the girls run off to chase Nanaba down the hall.

"Definitely," Hange's voice calls from outside the door.

"Oh! Right, we have a surprise for you two!" Mike announces, straightening up and motioning to the door.

You quirk up an eyebrow, watching as Levi and Hange step into the room, each carrying a long object covered in a white sheet. Hange sets theirs down on the coffee table in front of you, Levi setting his on Erwin's desk.

"We worked hard on these, so hopefully they fit and work. But, we can fix things that don't, and -" Hange starts to ramble.

"What Hange means to say is, we hope you like them," Levi clarifies, removing the white sheet from his to show off a shiny metal arm to Erwin.

Your eyes light up as Hange shows a similar one to you. A bright smile forming across your lips.

The arms had fit perfectly, allowing you to at least perform a few limited tasks. It was nowhere near the functionality of your real arm, but it was better than having nothing there. Over the years you'd gotten better at using it, the technology advancing as you age, and giving you a better and better functionality.

Over the years, the Scouts slowly shift from being exploration-based to ambassadors. Other countries visit Paradis, forming business deals and friendships between Paradis and their home countries.

You watched as the kids grew up, following in your footsteps and joining the military. They pass their training with ease, becoming the true 104th cadets, their bracket filled with Eldians from all across Paradis. You stood at the sidelines of the stage, watching Erwin give his speech to them as they chuckle and cheer, beaming up at their father. A bright smile stretched across your lips, mirrored by Mike, Hange, and Levi.

Perhaps the greatest achievement, however, was Historia's eighteenth birthday. She was crowned Queen, taking up the leadership of Paradis. Her smiling face as Ymir placed the crown on her head was forever carved into your mind. The two of them had been close since childhood, yet seeing them on the throne together reminded you of your own love.

As you exit the palace, you lean against Mike's shoulder, your hand finding its way to knit together with his. He chuckles, squeezing your hand lightly as Hange leads the group back o home, their chatter filling the streets.

A buzz draws your attention to Reiner's squad passing overhead with Bertolt's and Annie's in tow, patrolling the city to keep the peace. They're older, the spark only growing in their eyes as their laughter echo's from overhead.

You can see a few members of their squad from other districts and cities, a young red-headed girl who always had a blond boy chasing after her, an older black-haired boy and a silver-haired girl. You'd heard their names were Gabi, Falco, Udo, and Zofia. They were some of the best members of the Survey Corps, young Eldians from Marley. Apparently, Gabi is Reiner's cousin, the family resemblance strong with her, the fire burning in her eyes just as bright as Reiner's.
