The Impure King

"But he's in bad shape. We have to hurry." Yukio spoke through his hazmat suit, pulling out his gun. "Don't move!" Yukio yelled. The black figure started walking towards us. "Another step, and I'll shoot." Yukio said. The figure didn't listen and continued walking.

That was when Yukio shot it. However, the figure turned into mist, and the glass bottle containing the left eye dropped, breaking it. "He's gone!" Rin said. Me and Rin went running over to the little boy. I placed a hand on his shoulder. 

"Take it easy, kid, we'll get you out of here." I said. Meanwhile Yukio picked up the supposed eyeball, and squeezed it. "It's a fake!" Yukio realized. 

Suddenly, Sabutora kicked him in the back. "Yukio!" Rin yelled. Yukio got up and looked at Sabutora. "Mr. Todo?" Yukio asked. 

"Oops. I guess the jig's up. Still, I can keep you busy a bit longer." Sabutora ripped off his hazmat suit, revealing his demonic tail, horns, and ears. "Oh, my God! He's gone over!" Yukio gasped, still pointing the gun at Sabutora. I was prepared to attack with my blue flames.

"Rin, Akia, that boy doesn't have much time. Get him out of here! Hurry!" Yukio told us. I handed the little boy over to Rin, so that he could carry him. "We're on it!" Rin said, standing up, carrying the little boy in his arms.

We started running past Todo. "Now, now, I can't have you two running off just yet. His black mist covered Rin and I, forcing us to use our fire. It seemed like Rin didn't have full control of his fire as I heard the little boy cry out in pain. "Rin! Akia!" I heard Yukio call out our names as our fire died out.

"You better stay focused, or else..." I turned around to see Yukio who was pinned on the ground. "Believe it or not, when I was your age, I was a lot like you. My family decided what course my life would take since the day I was born. They didn't care that I had my own dreams and I never complained. And like a dog, I did whatever they said and worked for the good of the Order. All I wanted was to be like my dad and big brother. So now, after a life like that, do you know what I have to show for it? Nothing. I decided the best thing for me to do was to admit how I really felt. My father, my brother, the Order, I hated them all, and everything else in this world. That was all it took. And once I admitted that, I felt wonderful. The missing piece in me had been found and put into a place." He said.

"You gave into the temptations of a demon! You're weak!" Yukio yelled at him. 'There's weakness in the hearts of all humans. Are you afraid to acknowledge yours, boy?" The man asked. "Yukio, hold on!" I said, preparing to attack.

Just then, I heard the beeping of Todo's watch, he looked down at it. "Looks like my time's up here. But before I go, I just want to say how happy I am to have had this chat with you. If what I said doesn't make sense now, give it time. You'll understand eventually. When you do, I'll be there to welcome you, Yukio Okumura." The man disappeared.

"Wait!" Yukio called out. Why couldn't I do anything? Why couldn't I move? I was normally the one attacking first if either Rin or Yukio were in danger, so why couldn't I move now? I felt my legs slightly tremble. I then noticed the little boy.

 He was definitely getting worse. "What do we do? He's getting worse!" Rin said, panicking. "Your flames burned the spores, so they multiplied, to try to repair themselves. There's no time to get help. I'll treat him here." Yukio said, taking out the medicine.

I could tell that he was also trembling. "Damn this suit." Yukio gasped, taking off his suit. "Dude, what are you...?" Rin started. "You're going to get infected! - I can do it!" I said.

 "No, you two have done enough!" Yukio told us, and started to inject the vaccine in the spores. Some spores started to grow on him. I could tell that his hands were shaking, like when we were kids.

Just then, he stabbed himself with a vaccine. His right arm was bleeding. "What are you doing?!" Rin and I asked in shock. Yukio stayed silent, continuing to inject the vaccine. Almost all the spores were gone.

Yukio carried the little boy back to his mother. "You're safe!" The mother exclaimed in relief, hugging her son. "Mommy?" The boy asked, regaining consciousness. 

"Thank you so much." The mother said to us. "Not at all." Yukio smiled, as if nothing didn't happen. I made a mental note to ask him later. 

"Nice work! I expect nothing less from our Mr. Okumura." I heard the annoying Mephisto say to Yukio. "Mephisto! You son of a...why didn't you tell me there was another way out?!" I yelled.

If it wasn't for Rin holding me back, I would have killed him millions of times over. Walking beside him was none other than Shura. The woman who we ditched. Walking behind them were Iida, Todoroki, and Midoriya. They were fully healed. "Akia! You had me worried! Don't ever ditch us!" Iida ran over to me, and started lecturing me.

I then noticed Yukio walking over towards "Anyways, the real Left Eye was stolen." Mephisto explained to us. Yukio, Rin and I were about to say something. "Don't freak out, I got my familiar tracking it?" Shura said. 

"What is familiar?" I heard Izuku ask. "Familiars are the demons we call upon to aid us in battle." Yukio said.

"Akia and I had a feeling that Todo guy was shady, so I snooped around with Midoriya, Todoroki and Iida after they were healed up, and sure enough he is. "As if this wasn't enough, the mischief makers were attempting a two-pronged assault." Mephisto took a bite out of his popsicle.

"They also tried to liberate the Right Eye from our good friends at our Kyoto facility." Mephist said, swallowing the popsicle. "What a bothersome situation." Mephisto said.

So, what's up with this Right-Left Eye, already?" I asked. "Anywhoo... I'm assembling a crack team to track the Left Eye down and return it safely to the academy. Mr. Okumura, I'd like you on that team." Mephisto said.

 "But why me?" Yukio asked. "Simple. We don't know what the enemy's goal is yet and since you had contact with him, your presence would be most beneficial." Mephisto explained.

"I understand." Yukio said. "Lovely. See you at the base in an hour." Mephisto said, about to leave, but Midoriya stopped him. "Wait! We'd like to help out too, any way that we can." Midoriya said. 

"I know, I know, but you have to have patience. You have to receive your temptait first to see the demon first, otherwise, your Quirks and eyes would be useless against the demons." Mephisto said.

Yukio started to go back to the academy. "Shura, watch them better." I heard Yukio say. Rin heard it too. I saw it in his expression and mind. "Roger that. Sheesh, he's the grumpiest 15-year-old ever. He's gonna go bald soon." Shura teased. "Hey, Yukio! You think you're so rad! One day Akia and I'll leave you behind! Count on it!" Rin yelled.

"EHH?! We are?!" I asked in shock. "You'll leave me behind?" Yukio just stood there. He was a bit dumbstruck, when chuckled. "Huh. You should work or your jokes. They're as lame as you are." Yukio teased a bit.

"What?!" Rin yelled. "I can't baby-sit you, Rin 24/7. As you can see, I've got more important things to do." Yukio said. "You stupid jerk!" Rin snarled. "I'll show you up someday, and when I do, it's gonna make your head spin!" Rin shouted to him.

We all went back to the academy to get healed up. During that time, Todoroki, Midoriya, and Iida got their temptate, allowing them to see demons. Todoroki flinched, seeing Kuro, our two-tailed cat.

I chuckled, picking up. 'Tell him that I'm not a threat, Akia. I don't like it when humans are scared of me.' Kuro told me. "I will, don't worry, Kuro." I said. "You can understand him?!" I heard Midoriya flipping out.

"Yeah. Demons can understand each other using telepathy. Kuro is also telling you guys not to be afraid of him. Just think of him as a regular, house cat." I said. Shura told us that we were going to Kyoto to guard the Right Eye. Todorki, Iida, and Midoriya were coming too. Rin was excited, seeing that it was his first time going to Kyoto.
