"By the way," you said to Brody as you two prepared for the second broadcast of the day. "at some point you'll have to take the mic."
"Now?"
"No, I mean when we'll eventually get to rap and black singers in general."
"Why exactly?" he raised an eyebrow.
"Because one, we don't know where Megan Thee Stallion is, two I'm not saying the N word."
He sighed, he was a bit scared of what your response would be but now he was relieved.

"Man, you know," you said as you prepared your set up. "it's a good thing I'm singing live for the last two tracks today. My instinct really did a good job."
"Wait what?"
You froze, your eyes wide open and your lips pursued. Uh-oh.
"You said you were gonna record the lyrics for this one after I gave you permission to play it."
You slowly turned to face him.
"...yeeeah my bad." you said with a little voice. "This was supposed to be a surprise - But I promise this is not a secret message situation!" you waved your hands.
"Then what is it?"
"Oh don't worry about it." you quickly said.
He frowned.
"Look if I say anything that's not in our agreement, you can just push me away or just cut communications." you shrugged before putting on your headphones.
After a short staring contest he sighed through his nose, you took it as an 'okay fine' and pushed the button.

"Good afternoon everyone! What's good?! It's me again!" you said, full of energy as you played your background music. "Are you all ready for the second track of the day?! Personally, I'm super excited - I just know you guys will love it! I just figured that, since we're re-recording history's music, mind as well have some fun with it you know?" you paused for a second, knowing Senku, Yuzuriha and Taiju would get it, a big smiled formed on your face. "So here we go, something to get us pumped for the rest of the day. Enjoy~!"
You changed the record and pressed play. Everyone from the modern world recognized the song right way with just the intro alone, but then they understood what you meant by surprise when you started singing.

Brody couldn't help but laugh, he wasn't expecting that and was actually ready to push you away. That explained the add libs he didn't recognize when you first played the track for him. Hearing him only made you smile more. Everybody tuning in could tell that you were having fun with it.

"Oh my gosh I love it!!!" Chelsea exclaimed, super hyped and jumping to the beat.
Senku, Ryu laughed together and Xeno giggled to himself as the rest of the group listened in awe, bopping their head to the rhythm. Suika and Chelsea started dancing, eventually Kohaku, Chrome, Ryu and Taiju joined them as everybody else enjoyed the music. With great timing, when the song was over, it was time for them to go.
"God I love this track~!" you giggled and paused to drink some water. "Mmh, should I play it again?" you gasped to yourself. "Yo can I?" a pause. "...Yeah? Awesome, let's go!"
Senku chuckled. Ukyo who was in charge of the radio they had, turned up the volume so that the whole squad could hear as they drove away.

"God I miss her~!" Ryusui sighed dramatically.
"Same~!" Gen said in a similar dramatic fashion and looked at Senku. "Couldn't you have convince her to come with us Senku-chan~?! You know she'd say yes to you!"
Senku cackled.
"You're getting rusty mentalist!" he looked at him. "She loves proving herself more than she loves me!" he proudly smiled.
"...That both was and wasn't romantic." Chelsea tilted her head, a bit conflicted. "'That's my girl' was written all over his face."
"He knows her," Gen said, (him, her and Senku were on the same motorbike). "more than anyone."

After your afternoon show, you went to record the lyrics of your mashup, making a mental note to later record both songs separately.
'Who knows maybe this stone world will like this version better and it will be the new original one.' you chuckled. 'We're already rewriting history!' you paused 'If we do that, we gotta make "MotorSport" but we put Cardi's and Nicki's verse back to back, that shit slaps.'
In your stream of consciousness, thinking about that sound made you think about that one tiktok sound, which made you think of that one meme 'imagine your two crushes fighting over you', which made you imagine said meme with Senku and Tsukasa, or Ryu, or any other guy who found hot really.
'Watch your man. You should watch your mouth.' you played it in your head.
You covered your mouth, your face red.
"...Yeah I'll do that." you said, nodding to yourself
