Remember when I said Keith and I were a lot alike? Well this is a time where it shows. I usually have better control over my temper than he does, but sometimes, I lose it. Like now, except I stopped myself before blowing up in his face.
"You should probably give everyone a room." I said taking a deep breath, releasing my frustration, "Make sure your's is next to mine." And with that I walked away, heading towards the bridge.

"Y/N!" Said Allura as I walked into the bridge, "The paladins are back! Oh I can't wait to see the two lions!" She exclaimed.
"Finally," I said, "Maybe I'll actually be able to have some one on one time with Shiro."
She looked at me, almost saddened, "I'm sure you will, Y/N. And if it doesn't happen today, I'll make sure it happens tomorrow."
"Thanks." I smiled.
That's when Lance, Hunk, Pidge, and Shiro walked into the castles bridge, Keith not far behind them.
"You made it." Said Allura.
"Yeah, just barely." Said Lance, "That was a nightmare. I almost puked out there. I felt like Hunk!"
This was finally one of Lance's jokes I laughed at. He looked at me and smiled, a bit surprised since no one else laughed, and I just smiled back. I have to admit, Lance really isn't too bad when it comes to his looks. His personality would take a little getting used to for sure, but I could manage. Then Hunk started talking, breaking me from my thoughts.
"Think about how I felt. I am Hunk."
"Yeah, we had a tough time, too." Said Pidge, smiling at Shiro.
"Did we find the Red Lion yet?" I asked.
"Allura just located it." Said Coran, "There's a bit of good news and bad news. The good news is, the Red Lion's nearby. The bad news is, it's on board a Galra ship now orbiting Arus. But wait, good news again. We're Arus!"
"They're here already?" I asked a bit shocked.
"Yes. Guess my calculations were a bit off. Finger counting is more of an art than a science."
That's when a video transmission appeared on the Castle's screen, and a big scary purple guy with a robotic eye appeared in front of us.
"Princess Allura," He said, "This is Commander Sendak of the Galra Empire. I come on behalf of Emperor Zarkon, Lord of the Known Universe. I am here to confiscate the lions. Turn them over to me, or I will destroy your planet."
And just as quick as he appeared, he was gone.
That's when Hunk, of course, started panicking, before Allura eased his alarm.
"Wait!" She said, "This castle has a particle barrier we can activate."
"Girl, you've already activated my par-"
"Lance!" Scolded Shiro.

After a bit of going back and forth with everyone, Pidge seemed to state the only logical decision.
"We can't just abandoned Arus!" She yelled, "The Galra will keep destroying planets and capturing prisoners until we stop them."
Keith nodded his head in agreement, "Sendak could destroy the planet then come after us anyway. Staying is our only option."
"Here's an option," Said Lance, "Shut your quiznak!"
"I don't think you're using that word correctly." Shot back Keith.
"What do you know, Mullet?"
"We're staying."
"Leaving!"
"Staying!" Yelled Pidge.
"Guys, stop!" I yelled. Shiro seemed to be able to handle it from here.
"Princess Allura," He started, "These are your lions. You've dealt with the Galra Empire before. You know what we're facing better than any of us. What to you think is the best course of action?"
"I..." She said, "I don't know."
"Perhaps your father could help." Said Coran.
"My father?"

Allura walked back into the bridge, fully armored.
"You five paladins were brought here for a reason. The Voltron Lions are meant to be piloted by you and you alone. We must fight and keep fighting until we defeat Zarkon. It is our destiny. Voltron is the universe's only hope. We are the universe's only hope.

~~ In the armory

She directed us to a room, holding five suits of armor.
"Your suits of armor." She said.
"Woah..." We all said in unison.
"Y/N, I've specifically made this suit of armor for you. I believe your heart is pure, and will always fight for what's right." She said, holding out a white suit.
"Boys, Y/N, it's time to suit up!" Said Shiro.
And with that, we did. Allura guided me to a separate room to change, saying it'd be kind of awkward to change in front of everyone. That didn't seem to bother anyone else though. The five paladins changed out in the open. Boys, I thought, rolling my eyes. As I walked out, I looked into the mirror, admiring how the armor fit my body shape. And then I caught Keith's eye.
"You look... very nice." He said. Then I noticed the light rose colored pigmentation in his cheeks. Was he... blushing?
"Thanks, Keith. You do too." I responded.
"A little too nice," Started Shiro, "Allura, is there anyway to make to suit bigger around the waist? Maybe a jacket?"
"Hey!" I laughed, pushing him. "I think I look just fine. What's so bad about it?"
"It's very... tight."
"So is everyone else's. Look Shiro, I'm glad your looking out for me and all but I don't think a well-fitting suit of armor is gonna cause any harm."
"But it might cause a few glances."
"Shiro..."
"Alright, alright. I'll allow it for now."
As I stood there looking around, I noticed everyone's armor suited them well. And I figured it's probably because their lions suit them well.
"How do I look, Y/N?" Asked Lance.
I giggled and figured I would make a "game" out of it,
"Just amazing Lance." I said sarcastically, "I wish I looked just like you."
"You don't need to wish," He said smirking, "You already look ten times better than me."
I felt my cheeks get hot, and quickly looked away, making eye contact with Keith. He rolled his eyes and I wondered what made him so annoyed. There's no way he's interested in me, right?
