The smaller white-haired lady nodded, holding up a very familiar-looking wand. It looked like something that he had seen in a book before. Varian looked at it skeptically, "Magic huh?" He scoffed, he didn't believe in magic that much. There was always a scientific explanation for it. Like (Y/N)'s powers? Simple... well... maybe not that simple. But if he spent some time he would probably be able to find an explanation.
"Yeah, magic." A taller dark-skinned woman said, "You can figure out the "scientific" properties on your own time, but for now, we get this done." She paused, "Alright kid?" Varian nodded, crossing his arms. He would have his own time later. The group split up and slowly made their way to the King and Queen's bed-chamber. They met up in front of the room and shared a look with each other before Clementine stepped inside, Andrew ushered the boy to follow her inside for safety. Varian followed the woman and watched as she stepped towards the two.
"I wish the two of you would forget." She said.
Varian sent her a look, "Do you need to specify or something?" He asked.
She shook her head, "I'm just doing what the book said." The wand let off some light and suddenly the King and Queen sat up. They looked at each other and jumped out of the bed.
"Who are you?!" They asked each other. Varian snicked. The group burst in through the doors behind them.
Andrew was the first to speak up, "Your highness! It appears the two of you have lost your memories! You don't have to worry though! We are your royal advisors and we can help you lead the kingdom!" The two looked at each other and then looked and Andrew.
"Your highness?" They both said, pointing at themselves and then each other.
Andrew nodded, probably realizing he needed to specify, "Yes, both of you." He sighed.

You woke up, hearing some voices from a room close to yours, a loud voice exclaimed, "Who are you?!" You got out of your bed and ran over to your door, pressing your ear against it, trying to hear what was going on. It was silent, you quietly opened the door and walked down the hall towards where you heard the voice from. You became nervous when you realized that you were getting closer and closer to your parents' room. Hushed voices could be heard from behind the half-opened door. You peeked in and spotted a group of people surrounding your parents.
"What are you doing?! Who are you?" You said opening the door, you were shocked when the group turned around, revealing the people that had kidnapped you the other day, "You!" You said, taking a step back before noticing Varian was also in the room. You looked at Varian and then back at the people, you were distracted and didn't notice Maisie creeping up behind you.
She grabbed your arms and pulled them behind you, "Well, hello again princess! It's been too long..."
You struggled, trying to get her to let you go, but her grip was too strong, "Let me go, Maisie!" You tried yanking your arms away from her. She let out an annoyed sigh.
Varian's eyes widened, suddenly placing two and two together, realizing that these were the people that had kidnapped you the other day. His eyebrows furrowed, they had hurt you. He clenched his jaw, thinking about the situation. They would try to take your memories, he needed to think of a way to keep you safe and quick. If he could just save you, then nothing would matter anymore, they could make Corona forget, and you would see his true intentions.
"Zap her, Clementine," Andrew said, pointing towards you. Clementine walked in front of you and pointed the wand at you taking in a breath.
"Wait!" Varian spoke up, "If-- if you take her memories then she will forget about her powers." Varian and you shared a look.
