"It's going to be difficult for you, my boy. After all, one is bound to fall in love with his or her soulmate no matter what." her mother sighed however, Jungwon was already out of her sight.

Jungwon teleported to the Starbucks cafe, transforming himself into his human form and entered the cafe.
"Where is she?" he hissed as he scanned through the room but, the girl was out of sight.
"The room!" he recalled and teleported again.
"Where's the necklace?" he frantically searched through her belongings.
The necklace meant so much to him. It was his only way to prove to Yena that he has found her when she becomes twenty-five. It was a promise that he could never break.
After checking the entire room, excluding the toilet because there was someone in there and it did not smell like the girl's peachy and sweet scent. Instead, the one in the toilet had a rosy scent.
The necklace was still nowhere to be found, making him groaned in frustration as he stressfully ran his fingers over his hair.
"How am I going to find it? Did a cleaner take it? Please tell me that that girl took it. In that way, I still have a chance to find her and take it back. I only have four months left." he let out.
Out of a sudden, his father summoned him to go back to the vampire's world right now.
"Forget it. I will find it soon. She works here right? It shouldn't be that difficult." he reassured himself and teleported away.
What if he would never be able to find it?
Just at that moment, Yena came out from the toilet.
"Soohee's perfume smells weird. Now, how do I remove the smell? It's getting kinda sickening." Yena commented in disgust.
She then exited the room to look for Soohee who was having her shift currently.
"Yena, do you like it?" Soohee asked.
"Nope. I rather not put any perfume." Yena said, passing the perfume bottle back to Soohee.
"Aww, man... Anyways, you still smell sweet with or without perfume. By the way, how's your shift yesterday? Was the room nice? Did you have a good sleep?" Soohee asked with a concerned tone.
Yena gulped when Soohee's questions triggered her to recall what happened yesterday.
This morning, she used foundation to cover up the wound on her neck. It hurt quite a bit but, it would be safer in this way.
Although she knew that Soohee was good at keeping secrets but, Yena still did not want to share it for now.
"It was normal. Just like yours." Yena lied.
"Great! I was so worried last night. Remember that I reminded you to text me before you sleep? Why didn't you text me?"
"Oh, I think I was too tired and fell asleep on the bed and forgotten about it." Yena lied for the second time.

[ At the vampire's world]
"Father, you wanted to see me." Jungwon greeted formally.
"You will be sent to school on Monday. Do you know about that?" his father said and took a sip of a cup of fresh blood.
"Yes, father," Jungwon replied.
"Please do find your soulmate as soon as possible. I will only allow you to marry your soulmate or minha and allow you to take over the throne. Not someone who is not your soulmate." his father stated.
Not Minha- Minha can never be a choice
"But, Father, what if I don't like my soulmate and I like someone else?" Jungwon asked, hoping that his father would still allow him.
"Are you saying that because you have fell for someone who is not your soulmate?" he asked with suspicion and got slightly irritated.
"Certainly not." Jungwon lied.
"Do you know that no matter how hard one tries, he or she will always end up with your soulmate? That's the reason why it's called your soulmate." his father explained.
"But-"
"Enough. Leave!" his father ordered.
Being unable to defy his father, Jungwon clenched onto his jaw and bowed before he teleported to his room.
"Soulmate, soulmate, SOULMATE!!! WHAT THE FUCK- WHY DO I HAVE TO END UP WITH MY SOULMATE?!" Jungwon used his fist and broke the glass window, shattering it into pieces.
Blood oozed out from his knuckles but, disappeared immediately.
The sudden act of violence managed to calm himself down and lied down on his bed.
"Yena, where could you be? Do you remember me? Did you forget about our promise already? Would I ever have a chance to be with you? Do you have a lover already? Did you find another soulmate already?" Jungwon thought of the many possibilities that could happen.
A groan escaped his lips once again.
He turned over to the other side of the bed and used the pillows to cover his ear while he forced himself to sleep.
