" When i'm with you I always have a good time." She smiled.

" The night doesn't have to end" He said and she knew he was hinting at him coming inside and as much as she wanted to she could never do that as long as Jayceon is in there and she remember how the entire living room and dining room looked.

" Maybe another time? I am really tired tonight." She tried to make an accuse and she knew Derek was a gentlemen and that he wouldn't push her anything further.

" You hiding ya other man from me ? cause I'm no boyfriend number two! " He joked.

Deja laughed " No it's not another man, I just really want to go to bed .. another time i'm serious!" She smiled.

" Okay, yeah another time .. I'll call you."

" Okay .. " she stood up on her tippy toes and kissed his lips. He kissed her back and deepened that kiss quick. He knew what he was doing and she knew it too, She could always just go back to his place she really didn't want to be here anyway.

She broke the kiss .

" We could always go back to your place ." She said .

" But we're already here " he said against her lips.

" The truth is .... My house is a mess " She said.

" It can't be that bad .. unless your a hoarder?"

" I'm not a hoarder " she laughed.

" But I really don't want you to see the state it's in now." She added.

Derek knew something was up .. he could tell by her demeanor. He wanted to question it, but he let it slide because it was nothing to go off of. Maybe her house really was a mess. He decided in that moment he was going to trust her until he was giving a reason not too, He really liked her and unlike his last relationship he wanted this to work. He didn't care if he was jumping in this head first, something about Deja made him want to do that .

It made Jayceon want to do it too .

" Go get something to sleep in, imma wait in the car." He said kissing her lips again.

" okay ." She smiled. She waited for him to walk away and unlocked her front door trying not to open it to wide so that he couldn't even peak inside. When she turned around her jaw dropped to the floor.

Jayceon stood there smirking at her reaction.

She grabbed her chest because she felt like it was going to jump out of her. She was shocked beyond measure. She ran up to her couch and sat on it smiling. She felt her coffee table and she looked at the pictures and painting on the wall happy. She turned the tv on just to make sure it was working and it did. She pinched herself to make sure she was dreaming. Deja walked into the dinning room looking up at the chandelier. She was happy, almost about to tear up out of pure joy.

She dabbed her eyes so that she wouldn't mess up her make up.

" Deja " Jayceon spoke .

She turned around looking at him and he stood there nervously rubbing the back of his neck.

" I .. I um .. I ." He stuttered and Deja put her hand up to stop him. He stopped talking and Deja walked up to him and just hugged him.
