"Money doesn't satisfy me either. I swear, all you government people think that all people want is money and power...only a fool would think that." 

"Fine then, how about I explain the case to you? Could it possibly change your mind?"

Ango sighed and glanced at the clock, only two more hours...

"Fine then...let me explain it to you..I'm sure you'll change your mind in an instant." The man on the other side of the phone, Yukito, chuckled as Ango said that.

"Well then, go ahead..enlighten me."

"What.." the woman opened her eyes, groaning as the pain in her body seemed to have gotten worse as she did so.

"Hm, must be a side effect...maybe this will trigger your memory." The man then grabbed something from his pockets.

That's when it all started coming back..

The mafia....the police force...her parents crying faces....Chuuya and Akutagawa's laughter and smiles....Odasaku's tears and voice....Mimic...Yuki...

Her daughter's giggles...

Dazai....Dazai's voice...his tears....his warm touch...his laughter...and his smile..

She remembered everything..

"Now then, do you remember...(Y/N)-san?" She turned towards the man looking down at her, as she had also remembered who he was too.

"A-Ango...you bastard.." she tried to punch him, but her arm wouldn't budge. Instead she started coughing violently, small drips of blood coming out of her mouth as she did so.

"Try not to force yourself, you'll kill yourself befo-,"

"Cut the crap...." she glared at him, "Talking to me like nothing happened..you're the reason Odaskau died...the reason those innocent kids had to die like that.." She started to cough again.

"If you let me finish, I'll let you say whatever you want to me.." Ango said, fixing his glasses. (Y/N) clutched her chest, it was pulsing with pain. As much as she wanted to strangle Ango...she was far to weak to even move. Taking her silence as a way of giving up, Ango cleared his throat before continuing.

"First..that day you were supposed to die." He said, as he stood up now.  "Luckily my men were able to save you in time and bring you back here."

"Ha...don't expect a thank you from me.." she spat. Ango however ignored her comment and continued on.

"However, you were already on the brink of death. So we ended up putting you into a comma to help your body."
