Before leaving, Zemo gave everyone a bit of time to relax, and get ready. Eliza took that time to get cleaned up in one of the spare bedrooms.

She stares at herself in the mirror. She had already brushed through her hair, and cleaned her face up a bit. She continued to use a wet cloth, wiping the dirt off her cheek, when behind her she sees the door open, then close.

Bucky. He walked in and up behind Eliza, putting his hands on her hips. "How are you?"

"Considering the fact that we're trying to hunt down the flag smashers and haven't had a whole lotta luck-"

"I'm asking how you are." he cuts her off "I'm trying to take your mind off of the flag smashers for once." He grabs her arms and spins her around to face him.

She sighs with a smile "I'm alright. How are you?" she grabs his hand, their fingers intertwined.

"I'm doing well, but I could be better." he tilts his head, then leans down for a kiss.

Eliza gives in and kisses him back, closing her eyes. A kiss couldn't hurt. That's what she thought, until Bucky started walking towards the wall, pushing her against it. He pulls back for some air and they lock eyes.

"Right now?" Eliza asks, feeling her heart beating hard. "Before we leave?"

"We've got time." Bucky smiles, moving his head down and kissing her jaw.

"Sam and Zemo are in there. Just outside the door." she lifts her head and Bucky trails kisses on her neck.

"They won't know." Bucky continues to leave sweet kisses down her neck as he moves his leg forward, gently pushing hers apart.

"I-" at that moment a knock comes at the door and Bucky immediately steps back, leaving both of them flustered.

The door opens, revealing Sam standing there, peeking in. "Oh hey..Zemo said it's time to go." Sam looks between the two of them. Eliza's face was bright red, and Bucky looked..uncomfortable.

"Got it." Eliza nods and grabs her jacket, walking past Sam.

"What did I miss?" Sam asks

"Nothing..important." Bucky shakes his head and Sam smirks.

The four of them make their way out into town in search of anything that could lead them to the flag smashers. As they walked, Eliza kept the same two things running through her mind.

One, how bad she wanted to catch the flag smashers and for this to all be over. And two, somehow get that shield away from Walker.

Just thinking about him almost made her sick. He was nothing like what Captain America should be. He may have been a soldier but that doesn't make him a good person.

Eliza respected Sam's decision to put the shield away, she really did. Besides, it wasn't any of her business wether he should or not. She just met him this week anyway. But she would rather see the shield in a museum than Walker having it. She just wished there was something she could do but she felt helpless.

It almost felt like she wasn't even needed with this flag smashers stuff but, Bucky had a somehow convinced her otherwise. How he did that, she would never know.

Bucky, on the other hand, felt Eliza was a huge part of their 'team'. Not only was it nice for him to meet another super soldier who survived but, it was good to know more people were willing to help, instead of just sit and do nothing.

He didn't feel alone anymore. After Steve left, from returning the stones, he wasn't exactly the same. Would anyone be the same after what happened? Probably not. Bucky always knew he had Sam, to lean on but they were never the closest friends. So, for a while, he spent his time alone.

Now with Eliza, his mood brightened. They may have only known each other for a little while but, he was happier when she was around. He had someone he could relate to. And maybe that's all he needed.
