She shook her head.
"And do you understand my way?" You asked her again.
"Yes." She answered.
"Then there will be no problem. It's not how you do it. It's all about the result you got at the end." You explained. "Plus my way is shorter and easier." You added cockily.
Dami nodded and shyly locked eyes with you for a moment. She blushed and looked back down at her book.
"I suggest you try and solve the homework we got from Mrs. Kim and I later check if you did it right." You said and pulled out your homework as well.
Dami nodded and started to solve the math problems. You on the other hand lay your chemistry homework on the table and tried to do it. It was hard for you, but you thought you did pretty well.
Dami's pov:
She solved the first math problem and sneaky looked at Y/n from time to time. The other girl concentrated on her own homework and didn't witness anything.
"She is so smart. She even has her own way to solve this. That is so impressive." Dami thought.
Suddenly Y/n looked at her. Dami quickly lowered her gaze to the math book.
"Hopefully she didn't catch me." She thought.
Y/n closed her chemistry book and put it back in her bag. She leaned back in her chair and pulled her phone out. Dami pretended to do her homework and watched her. The other girl had an annoyed look on her face as she scrolled through her phone. Dami turned back to her math book. The other two problems were solved really fast.
"I think, I'm done," Dami said.
"You think your done or are you actually done?" Y/n asked.
Her eyes snapped to Dami for a moment as she raised an eyebrow. She looked uninterested.
"I'm done," Dami replied.
Y/n sighed and leaned over the table to look at her notebook. Her phone was still in one hand.
"You made a few mistakes here," Y/n explained and circled the mistakes with her pen.
She explained what Dami did wrong and the black-haired girl tried to follow her words. It suddenly made sense to her and she started to correct it.
"Do you want me to teach you Mrs. Kim's way as well?" Y/n asked.
"I think that would be good," Dami replied.
"But not today. It's already late and the library closes soon." Y/n pointed out.
Dami looked at her wristwatch and indeed it was late. The time passed by so fast without her noticing it.
"Do you have time on Monday after school?" Y/n asked.
Dami nodded.
"Good, then we will meet here again and try not to be late," Y/n said as she stood up.
She swung her bag over her shoulder. Dami got up and bowed a little.
"Thank you." She said.
Y/n gave her a nod and left. Dami watched her, as she walked away.
"I can't believe that she is my tutor. Of all the students here, it has to be my crush and bully of the school." Dami thought and packed her stuff.
Y/n's pov:
You had caught Dami staring multiple times, but you didn't care. The way she blushed when you looked at her made you smile a little. Maybe she liked you?
