A smirk grew on my face. "I thought daddy taught his little prince never to mess with a Lestrange..."
As the words flew out from between my rosemary lips, I threw my head back, hitting Mattheo on the mouth, causing him to fall back. I turned around, seeing him stand against a shelf with a busted lip, blood slowly dripping down the side of his mouth. I smiled, pulling a napkin out of my pocket, and handing it to Mattheo. He took it, looking at me confused.
"Look Matty, a little piece of advice. Stay out of my way."
The door suddenly opened, with Blaise and Pansy popping up in front of us. They both had raised eyebrows, looking at me stand calmly, but Mattheo stand with a napkin against his busted-up lip.
"Well that was a quick six minutes and thirty-nine seconds," I joked, before pushing past Blaise.
Confused Pansy looked at me walk away. "We were wondering what you two were up to with all the rustling," she mumbled, walking with me.
"She's a fucking Lestrange?" Mattheo asked loudly.
Everyone looked at him and laughed. Astoria saw me flinch, and looked at my eyes, but knew I was okay.
"Wow, that's not the most expected reaction I thought we'd get from you, a Riddle," Theo mumbled, making me laugh. Mattheo came walking out the closet, shoving Blaise off him when he tried to help him.
I was still drunk, sitting down next to Draco before he swung his arm over me. Everyone came and sat down, all ready to continue.
Soon many were paired in the closet, almost with everyone. I went in with Astoria, Pansy and Blaise, and at least twice with Draco. After about an hour, Theo finally got the bottle, after only being shoved into the closet with Astoria, who clearly hated it. He spun it, making it go in circles. Unexpectedly it landed on me, making him smile.
"You coming darling?" he asked standing up.
"Right behind you, spider curls," I said slurring, while getting up.
I closed the door after I got in, and gave a light twirl with my wand, causing a small clock to appear, with a seven-minute timer, counting down. We stood there for a few minutes, about two, in complete silence.
"How are you?" Theo asked, breaking the silence.
I raised an eyebrow, looking at him. "I'm good..." I answered dryly.
"That's good," he smiled. "What you been up to lately?" he asked with a smile, which was weird.
"Stop!" I said irritated. "What's your problem?" I asked looking at him in disbelief.
Something you should know about me and Theo: we never got along. His parents, pure death eaters, were always close to the Malfoy's. Theo never liked me since Draco, and I were always so close. He despised me in second year and threw a burning potion on my robe. I didn't have trouble fixing it, but I sure had trouble forgetting about it. I soon threw red clothing dye in all of Theo's clothing, making him hate me more, but that didn't bother me. Ever since we hated each other, mostly in silence, but every chance we got, we insulted each other, which was actually quite fun.
"What? Why would u ask that?" he asked completely confused. He looked at me as if I were joking.
"Don't act stupid Theodore. You've always hated me and now I get compliments and questions about my day? What's your problem?" My voice sounded confused and defenceless because I didn't know what his plan was.
He gave a chuckle, looking me up and down. "I'm just being friendly darling," he said in a caring voice, which was creeping me out.
"You're being friendly? Please," I rolled my eyes, taking a step back. "You're a Nott. You've bullied me since second year!" I scoffed, looking at the timer, which had about two minutes left.
"I bullied you?" Theo asked, cluelessly.
I gave a chuckle. "You pulled my pigtails. You pushed me into mudpuddles. You verbally insulted me. I'm not going to lie, I verbally insulted you too, but you were always negative towards me!" my voice was offended, but also a slight bit scared. Theo frowned, unaware of this, as if it hadn't happened. "You're fucking kidding me?" I scoffed.
"I'm sorry darling, I didn't notice-"
Without him finishing his sentence, the alarm went off, grabbing my attention. I looked at it as it suddenly disappeared. Without waiting for Theo to continue his sentence, I gave a swish with my wand and the doors flew open. I walked out. I sat back down in between Draco and Astoria. Theo walked out after me and sat down without a word.
Mattheo got the bottle, which we all agreed was the last one, and he was cursed with having to sit in the closet with someone for fourteen minutes, for skipping out with Draco.
He placed it down and spun it, while his eyes fell right on me. I noticed it, and without looking at the bottle, he smiled at me and gave his hand out.
"Let's go Princess," he smirked, and within seconds the bottle landed on me.
I smirk filled my lips, and I raised an eyebrow. "You sly snake!" I giggled before taking his hand.
He pulled me up and into the closet, with the door being closed by the flick of my wand. He smirked, looking me up and down. I gave another swish and a little clock appeared in the air. It's started counting down from eight hundred and twenty-nine seconds.
"So, why so shy over your name?" He asked bluntly but kept his smirk.
I glared at him. "Not shy. I just hate it." My words made him give a chuckle and look at the clock, slowly ticking away seconds.
"Why? Your mother is actually really cool..."
I glared at him. "Bellatrix sent me to her cousin when I was merely an infant."
His face went pale, immediately new to the news. "Sorry! I-"
"It's okay," I interrupted, a little giggle in my voice. "I usually get glared at the moment I mention my last name..."
"And your first name?" he asked with a charming tone.
I have a chuckle. "I'm sorry, but I thought we are playing seven minutes in heaven. Not twenty-one questions?"
He gave a mysterious laugh, making my knees numb again. "Okay then Princess," he whispered.
"How's your lip?" I asked softly, feeling a bit bad for causing it to cut open.
He gave a chuckle. "I've had worse."
"Sorry..."
"Don't sweat it," he whispered, making me blush.
At that moment, I only realized how close I was to his chest. He looked down at my eyes, before taking a deep breath. He suddenly lift my chin up, forcing my eyes to meet his. I looked at them, emotionless. He slowly leaned forward, down to my rosemary lips. I looked at them as they approached me. Something in me made me actually want to kiss them, but why?
"What are you doing?" I asked suddenly, making him look at me. He knew exactly what he was doing, without a doubt.
"Sorry princess, I was just-"
"No."
I tugged my face away, waving my hand over the little cloud clock in the air, causing it to vanish. I pushed the doors open and stormed out. Without looking at the others I rushed out the room without saying anything. I trampled down the stairs and through the common room. Bursting through the painting, and out the dungeon, I roamed into the empty halls, to dinner.
