AN/The Next Generation

Everyone went widened eyed then starts to have tears forming in their eyes and smile so big as they saw the egg. 

Scp-053: I'm gonna have a cousin?

Scp-035: Of course, young one.

Y/n slowly open their eyes to see the others with smiling and they smiled too without them knowing. 

Moments later~

Everyone in kingdom was overjoy by the announcement about the next generation coming. Y/n, 682 and 053 was taking a walk around the crystal lake. Although, they kept getting some gifts from their friends because they're excited for their new dragon friend to come. 

Scp-053: When does the baby comes, Mr/Mrs. Y/n?

Y/n: Probably, in a few days. But I can't wait to see them.

Scp-682: Well, I was thinking that we should name them before they come and I already have one.

Y/n: Honey, we're not naming them gator jr.

Scp-682: Can it be a nickname at least?

As they were talking, Y/F/N and Y/S/N was walking towards them with their hands behind their backs.

Y/n: Hm? Oh, hey guys! Got a another gift?

Y/S/N: What? No. We got a baby gender surprise. We were gonna share it to everyone.

Scp-053: I heard that the others were talking about if it's a boy or a girl.

Y/n: Maybe we should call everyone to go to the castle, so we can reveal the baby's gender.

Y/F/N: Great idea! We probably host it now because I hear the everyone's bickering.

Scp-173: *from the distance* I'm telling you, it's a boy! The shell is in the color of S/F/C (Second Favorite Color)

Scp-953: *from the distance* Heck, it's not! It's obviously a girl!

Y/n: Okay, let's just get this thing over before there's gonna be a war between figuring out the baby's gender. 

Everyone: Alright.

A few hours later~

Everyone was hanging around in the castle for the gender reveal. Y/n and 682 was getting a little annoyed because their friends was fighting about if the baby is a boy or girl.

Scp-049: I'm completely sorry for not being there when your child was born, Y/n.

Y/n: It's ok but I didn't know that you can handle a baby delivery.

Scp-049: I've been practicing.

Y/S/N: Alright, everyone! It's time to reveal the baby's gender!

Everyone cheered with joy and excitement. 

Scp-106: I bet it's a boy!

Scp-035: For the millionth time, it's gonna be a girl! Plus, if its boy, you're going to give it sharp weapons.

Scp-106: Exactly! I'm the fun one!

Y/n: *whispers* Remind me to add supervision when 106 is gonna be alone with my child.

Iris: *whispers* I was thinking the same thing.

Y/F/N: Anyways, it's time to pop the gender balloon. 682, will you do the honors? He said while giving a bow and arrow to him.

Scp-682: Gladly.

He take the bow and arrow then direct it to the balloon. But there was unexpected surprise. When he shot the ballon, the arrow bounce back and hits 682 directly in the face. 

Y/S/N: Oh my god, are you okay, 682?!

Scp-682: Yeah, I can regenerate in a few minutes.

Scp-049: That's impossible! The ballon should pop when the arrow touches it.

S/F/N: I agree. Maybe the arrow wasn't sharp enough. We can use something else.

When 096 use his claws to slash the balloon, it didn't work. 953 form into different types of animals to either bite or clawed the balloon but it has no effect. Everyone use their abilities to pop the balloon to see the gender of the baby but nothing's working. 

Scp-173: It's no use. That balloon is indestructible.

 Scp-035: I think we find a another gender reveal surprise.

Y/S/N: Aw, heck no! I'm gonna to see my niece or nephew! They said as they were grabbing the ballon on and taking it outside. Everyone was confused but follow them anyway. As they catch up, Y/S/N grabs something else too but they couldn't see clearly. When they reach up them, they were looking at something. They look at them with some remote ad  when they look at the field, they saw a bomb attached to the balloon. 

Y/n: Um, bro/sis? Don't you think you're taking this a little to-

But before they can finished their sentence, Y/S/N pressed the button and the explosion happened. Everyone take covered, so they can't get hurt from the explosion. After it happened and everyone checked if the balloon has pop, to their surprise, the balloon is still indestructible. Everyone yelled in frustration.

Scp-106: That's it! We've try everything to pop this stupid balloon but it was worth nothing! 

Scp-682: I really wanted to see if I have a son or daughter! I guess we'll just have to wait until it hatch.

Meanwhile, 053 and 999 was just standing there, feeling bad for the others. For some reason, 999 has a knife inside of his jello body then give it to Y/n. Y/n look at the knife then back at two.

Y/n: Do you me to use the knife to pop the balloon?

Both of them nodded and with that, Y/n sigh and grabs the knife from them then walks towards to the balloon. Everyone watch as Y/n walked to balloon while thinking that it's not gonna work if  they use the balloon. But at the moment, when Y/n poke it, it pops out pink/blue confetti. Their eyes twitching with furious and frustration.

Y/S/N: So, all this time we would've use a freaking knife?!

Scp-049: It's the oldest gender reveal in the book!

Scp-682: Yeah, and now, we finally know that my child is a girl/boy!

Y/n: Wait a second...It's a girl/boy!

Scp-682: Wait, it's girl/boy?

Y/n: It is!

682 cried in joy as he ran towards his love, hugging Y/n ever so tightly. The others watches them with pride then cheered with them but as they were cheering one of them actually hit the egg, making it go to tumble then leap into the air. Everyone immediately panicked and went into different areas in order to catch it. Although, they bump into each other but it was worth it to catch their niece/nephew. When Y/F/N caught the egg, everyone sighed in relief. Then suddenly, they heard a crack. They noticed the dragon baby was about to hatch. All of them we're waiting in suspension until the dragon competently comes out of its shell. They rubbed their eyes before look at everyone with their S/F/C eyes before they look at everyone. Y/n and 682 watch as their baby look at them while they're giggle and reaching arms out to their parents. But as Y/n was about to grab their child, Y/S/N quickly snatch the child before Y/n came even touch them.

Y/S/N: No, my child.

Y/n: They're not your child, they're mine.

Y/S/N: Well, guess what? She's/He's mine. 

Then they ran away with Y/n and 682's child with the others who catching up behind them. And now the Scps finally found the home that they were looking for. Where they will be cared and lived for. And who knows? There might be other adventures that our favorite Scps can face.
