Chapter 22

    "Where are you going?" Aurora asked.

    "Texas with my family for personal reasons," I said in a rude way.

    "Oh okay? Sorry for pissing you off, I guess?" She said really confused.

    "No, don't be. I just have a lot on my mind," I sighed, now feeling like an ass.

    She then took my apple and walked away with it.

    I followed behind her while she continuously ate my apple.

    "Well can we go to the mall or go get my clothes from Haydens place before you go tomorrow?" She questioned.

    She dug through my closet looking for something to put on.

    "Sure I guess," I replied while I laid on the bed.

    "Well, while you are gone ima work out a bunch," She says proudly.

    "Ya okay," I chuckled, I know she can. I just want to see how she is when I make it seem like she can't.

    "I will, and I will facetime you everyday for proof," She walks out of the closet with different clothes on and her arms on her hips.

    "Are you wearing my boxers?" I smirked at my question.

    "They are new!!" She squealed.

    "Yeah, well I am gonna hold you up to that facetime for proof," I continue my smirk.

    "Yeah whatever, let's go," She rolled her eyes and walked out of the room.

    I followed her until we reached my car.

    "You're driving," She demanded and the got into the passenger seat.

    I did as she said and got into the driver's seat and began to drive towards Hayden's house.

    Fucking asshole.

    Hope you are rotting in hell.

    As we pulled into the driveway and there were a shit load of cops.

    "I won't tell them anything, just play along with what I say okay," Aurora said, plastering on a fake worried face.

    She rushed out of the car and I followed behind her.

    "What is going on, officer?!?" She said looking around at all of the cops around her worried.

    "Hayden Johnson and Kylie Andrews were found dead in the woods," The officer informed us.

    Aurora's hands flew to her mouth and tears flooded her eyes. She fell back and into my chest.

    She turned around and hugged me while sobbing into my chest.

    A few tears managed to fall from my eyes, but not because of the two deaths.

    But because I hated seeing her like this, even if it was fake.

    I held her in my arms and comforted while the officer asked me questions.

    "We were with them last night, but Aurora and I went back to my place and tried to calm down. We were all drinking and needed a break from each other.. We were coming back here to apologize until now.. When you told us they were both gone.." I trailed off.

    "Sir, do you mind telling us both of your names and what your relation to the two was?" The officer asked.

    "Our names are Rylan Andias and Aurora Lopez, and they were our best friends. Actually, Hayden was her boyfriend," I explained.
