I begged for anything to kill me. As I prepared to walk down the aisle. Alis had covered all the dark circles and thinness with her makeup and stitching skills. Alis kissed my forehead the way Kana did when I cried, "It'll be over quickly darling. I am so sorry."

I made my tears disappear. The doors opened, and I walked like Ianthe had shown me how to. Petals, pinks, and greens. Were scattered around. And red. I looked at Tamlin and knew my fate was sealed.

Yet the red haunted me. Please. Please. Help me please, please help me. Get me out of this. I prayed as I stepped toward my doom. Please, please please, help me please.

No one answered. No one had, perhaps I was doomed to die after all. I stepped up and turned to Tamlin. I'd reject him, I had too. But do I have the strength?

Tamlin said his vows. The officiator turned to me, "Do you Feyre accept Tamlin to be your husband, to be your everything, and dedicate your life to him?" There was a pause and I opened my mouth. Please. I'll give you anything. Please.

"I-" I clap sounded through the room. I flinched, darkness surrounded the room and people screamed. They scurried to get away from the magic I had begged to see many moons ago.

Rhysand straightened his jacket. Dressed in all black just as I remembered him. I hated him more this time. He glanced around, "I'm sorry am I interrupting something?"

Tamlin snarled, "Leave." Rhysand extended his hand to me, "Come Feyre," He was over to me in an instant. I turned to Tamlin. He had already winnowed us away.

I blinked at the bright lights, a mountain. Yet it was warm, like summer. It would be the edge of winter in the human-lands. Yet it was warm, and the seasons were the same all over Prythian.

I whirled at him, "What the hell!" Rhysand smirked, "I sure missed that look on your face."

Months. Months he had left me alone, and now he comes to ruin me further. "What do you want from me?" Everyone wanted something from her. Her hand, her heart, her ruination. Her death.

"A thank you would suffice, for saving you." Rhysand picked at his fingers. I snarled, "A thank you?"

Rhysand said, "Take the stairs, your room is the first door on the right." I blinked, only now does he want anything to do with me. Rhysand spoke, "I'm still waiting for my 'thank you.'"

I saw red. One second I stood in rage and hurt. The next I hand my shoe in my hand, and with all of the immortal strength, I was cursed with, threw it. The smack echoed through the hall. His hand rubbed the spot the shoe had hit. He whirled and snarled, "I dare-" My second shoe hit him right in the face.

Rhysand winnowed in front of me, "SO this is the tank you I get for hearing you say no?"

He snarled in my face, for a second Tamlin stood in his place. I slapped him across the face. Something of force and anger. I raged, "Thank you? You expect a thank you after you heard me say no?"

Rhysand whirled and saw the broken monster he made. I shouted, "I said no for months! I begged you to come get me and you abandoned me! Not even my own sister answer my fucking calls! My father who raised me threw me in the trash and told me to marry a male who I hate!"

Rhysand opened and closed his mouth. "So thank you Rhysand for abandoning me to die in that fucking manor."

I left sobbing. Because not even my family bothered to come to the wedding I never wanted.
