(By the way I never heard you playing sitar before)

Ragini- hum to roz hi practice karte hai, shayad aap uss waqt hote nhi hai yaha but kal humaara competition hai toh aaj thoda der tak practice kar rahe the..

(I always practice, maybe you weren't present at that time but tomorrow I have a competition so I was practising till late)

Sanket- oh.. All the best for your competition.. Aapko sunne k baad I m definitely sure ki aap hi jeetengi..

(Oh.. All the best for your competition.. After listening you I m definitely sure that you are  going to win)

Ragini- thank you for your vote of confidence but wahan aur bhi log honge aur saare ek se badh kar ek talented.. Humse bhi kayi jyada..

(Thank you for your vote of confidence but there will be other people too and all of them extremely talented.. Much more than me even)

Sanket- honge but abhi jo maine aapke chehre par sukoon dekha, jo passion dekha, kuch tha aapki dhun main, jaise sab kuch bhulakar usme kho jaane ko majbur ho jaate hai.. Aap dil se sangeet se bahut pyaar karti hai.. Pujti hai apne sangeet ko aap..

(Could be but the peace I saw on your face now, the passion I saw, there was something in your tune, as if one become helpless to forget everything and gets lost in it.. You love your music from heart.. You worship your music..

His words touched ragini's heart.. Nowadays when most of the people say to her that sitar is to outdated and old fashioned, here was this guy who exactly understood how much she loves it,how she feels about it.. This guy always praise her in such a way, that she actually starts respecting herself.. No one had ever made her respect herself..

Ragini- thank you so much.. Ek kalakaar ka rishta apni kalaa se sabse anokha aur anmol hota hai.. Jo wo duniya ko batana chahta hai lekin jaahir nhi kar sakta, uske armaan, uski khwaahishein, uski ranzishen, uski khushi, uska gham sab kuch wo apni kalaa k jariye jaahir karta hai.. Aapko pata hai hum aur bhi instruments seekh rahe hai, hum bahut kuch seekhna chahte hai lekin sitar humaare sabse kareeb hai.. Bachpan se humaare har dukh, har sukh main saath raha hai.. Yeh sirf ek hobby, talent ya pasand nhi hai, humaari jindagi ka ek keemati hissa hai, pata nhi iss sitaar ki dhun k saath humne apni jindagi ki cheezein share ki hain...

(Thank you so much.. Relationship between an artist and art is most unique and priceless.. What he wants to tell the world but can't convey, his dreams, his aspirations, his complaints, his joy , his sorrows everything he conveys through his art.. U know I m learning other instruments as well, I want to learn so much but sitar is closest to me.. From childhood it has been my companion in my happiness, my sorrows.. It's not just a hobby, talent or preference but it's a precious part of my life.. Dont know how many things in my life I have shared with these tunes of sitar..)

Sanket was smiling listening to her while she was talking about her music.. The glow, the passion with which she spoke about it clearly told how much connected to it she was.. He had never seen her like this.. He had seen her teasing, in brave mode but the way she was animatedly talking about it, that happiness, that vibrant glow,it felt as if there was an another world of her with her music.. He had never been much of an artist so he never understood this connection of art and artist ,even many things that ragini was saying he couldn't relate to but seeing ragini freely expressing her emotions about music, he couldn't help but listen to her attentively..

Ragini looks at sanket and realizes that she was blabbering ...

Ragini- I m so sorry.. Hum bhi pata nhi kya kya bolte gaye..

(I m so sorry.. I didn't know what I was talking)

Sanket- no no it's ok.. In fact mujhe toh bahut achcha laga.. You know mujhe kalakaar, kalaa in sabke baare m jyada samajh nhi aata aur TV par jo classical programmes aate the na usme toh mujhe kuch samajh hi nhi aata tha aur gaana toh mera itna besura hai ki log meri vardi se dare na dare but mere gaane se jarur dar jaaye..
