Aftermath

"Y/n Y/n Y/n! You have to tell me how you did it!"

Then her older brother came in (more calmly) and ran to the bed side with a similar look to Elely's. "How did it feel? Do you know how much power it had to take?"

"Woah woah woah." You said with your hands.

Flopin back up a little with his ears down and Elely climbed off of you, but not without hitting your stomach with her knee, and took a seat next to you. A hiss was automatically let out as you got kneed in the abdomen, and you winced. "How did I do what?"

"Flopin! Elely! What did I just say?" Holy shit it was Eva.

You didn't even hear her come in, which was a little alarming, and seen the two kids put their heads down in shame. Pretty sure that every child had that one moment with their mom, where they ended up being scolded, so you knew how these two felt. Yeah, I feel that. She had that typical arms crossed thing going, and watched as her children walked to her side of the room.

"Sorry, Mama." They said at the same time

Dally and Ruel walked in, though they seemed a little catious, and were followed by another person which was...

Fionda.

It felt like it's been ages since you've last seen her. So the plan back at the gang base must've worked then, right? But she was a little roughed up, with a cast on her wrist, a bruise on her cheek, and a couple of what looked like nearly healed burns, but nothing too bad. She had on a brown shirt with a black leather vest, and had her bow in her hand. So she was out practicing then. "Hey, can you tell me what everyone here is talking about?"

But she dodged your question by all of a sudden running up to you and embraced you in a tight hug. She isn't normally the hugging type, and neither are you (unless it's animals), but this was rare, so you wrapped your hands around her back and hugged her, but you were still confused.

Then she whispered in your ear, "Don't ever do that to me again."

What did she mean by that? Don't do what? When you both pulled back, you asked, "Uh, I think someone needs to fill me in, cause I've got no idea what you guys keep referring to."

Now that you think about it, everyone was covered in burns, except the kids,  amd you didn't remember there being a fire last night. "You don't remember?" Ruel asked.

Unsure, you shook your head. "No? I mean, I know that I managed to get my friends free, simce she's here, but... that's all. Why? Did something happen last night?"

But before anyone answered, Juli walked in with her hands in front of her with a small smile, looking neat and composed. She stood next to Fionda and said to her, "Excuse me, but are you this young lady's mother?"

"No, but I'm close enough. Is there something wrong?" Aaand back to being stern again.

Juli was clearly taken back by Fionda's sudden tone, but kept her posture. "Um, n-no. But I would like to keep her here for another day to keep on eye on her, a-and just to be safe. Plus, I need to take out the I.V"

The taller woman turned away and crossed her arms. "Fine. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got to make some breakfast."

Then she walked away from the side of the bed and too the door, but Dally said, "Oh you don't need to worry about that! Yugo is taking care of it."

She was at the door way when she stopped, and looked at the Iop. "What?"

Sweet. You were getting breakfast in bed, and do nothing for an entire day. That's two in one! Having your questions get answered would be nice, but it seemed like nobody was going to do that for a while. Maybe later. Juli bent down and started getting the tube out of your arm.
