Fifty-Two

You pull him into a longer kiss this time.

Loki grins, "You really love me, don't you?"

"Of course I do!" You laugh, "I love you, my darling Loki... I'll never stop loving you."

"Nor will I, my beautiful Y/N."

You smile, "Let's get baking."

You start grabbing the ingredients out. Once you put them together and put them in the oven, you put on your favorite song and begin dancing with Loki.

He smiles, "I remember this song from the bubble after my party. You were humming it."

You blush and grin like a fool, "You remember."

He kisses the top of your head, "Of course I remember, my love." He murmurs into your hair.

"I love this." You pull back so you can look him in the eyes, "And I love you."

His lips curl up, and he spins you around, wrapping his arms around your waist from behind you. You both continue to dance to the music.

"I love you too," Loki whispers in your ear.

"You make me so happy."

You feel Loki smile against your neck, "As do you."

You turn around and grin.

"We need to go on dates!"

Loki laughs, "I'd love that."

You two go on dates in parks, at lakes, to restaurants. You two do every date idea that pops into your head. Sometimes, you just lay in bed, watching movies or reading books while snacking.

You introduce him to your favorite songs and movies. He introduces you to spellbooks given to him by his mother.

In the two and a half weeks the team is gone, Loki teaches you Asgardian magic, plus you complete your date bucket list.

Soon, the team returns, and you give them their long-awaited hugs and hellos.

You and Loki spend the next week catching up with everyone.

Throughout those days, you increasingly feel worse.

It starts with nausea, especially in the morning, followed by throwing up, then peeing more than usual, eventually moving to extreme sensitivity in your breasts, constant fatigue, bloating, and finally, mood swings.

You're definitely coming down with something, and now Loki's being sent on a mission with Steve, Bucky, and Vision.
