12. Let's play a game

"I see... You can't use it at your own will right?" Taehyun asked as he started to plate their breakfast.

"Yeah, I can't" Beomgyu grabbed three pair of chopsticks, one spoon and one fork and set the table.

"You mustn't let others know" Taehyun spoke as he brought the dishes to the table. "You're not supposed to have two. No one ever had two." 

Beomgyu nodded. "I know..." He sighed softly. Why did it have to be him? He was honestly scared of himself. What was so special about him that god had to give him two abilities? 

A rhythmic knock could be heard from their apartment door, signaling that Kai and Haruna were over. Beomgyu went to open the door for them. 

"What were you guys talking about? Two what?" Kai asked curiously as he entered the space with Haruna. 

Beomgyu sighed, forgetting that Kai could hear but luckily he hadn't heard anything before that. 

"I have two brains."

Kai gasped and covered his mouth in shock, totally believing him. Taehyun rolled his eyes at his stupidity. Beomgyu started to laugh at Kai's reaction. It was always fun to mess with him.

"I'm just joking. Come sit and eat" Beomgyu said as he gestured to the table of eat. Haruna ran to Taehyun and sat on his lap. She chose to sit on a different person everyday.

"Hyung, stop joking and tricking me seriously" Kai sighed as he took a seat and thanked Taehyun before eating.

"Aww, it's fun. You literally believe everything that I say" Beomgyu laughed and picked up his own chopsticks.

"I'm losing trust in you if you continue to be like this, hyung" Kai said with a pouty voice before he stuffed a spoonful of rice and kimchi into his mouth.

Beomgyu thought about that for a moment. He looked at both Taehyun and Kai as he chewed on his galbi. Just to what crazy extent did they trust him? It was amazing how they hadn't develop trust issues with him when he had lied to them on multiple occasions. He wondered if they would eventually hate him for being such a big liar. He could only smile lightly as he ate his breakfast.

"Oppa! Play with me!" Haruna tugged Beomgyu's sweatpants after they were done with breakfast. 

"What do you want to play?" Beomgyu smiled down at her. 

"Red lights green lights!" 

"Alright, let's all play together. Do you want to be the catcher? Maybe we should add themes to make it more thrilling."

Haruna nodded her head excitedly and added, "let's add a reward and punishment too!"

"Sounds good. If you lose, we get to tickle you, if you win, we will do anything for you." Beomgyu quickly decided on the punishment and reward.

Haruna giggled, liking his ideas. She ran to the other end of the apartment to get ready.

"Let's do occupation!" Beomgyu exclaimed and watched the little girl nod her head. He smiled.

"무궁화 꽃 이 피었 습니다  (Mugunghwa Kkoci Pieot Seumnida)!" Haruna chanted with her eyes closed and facing the wall. She turned around immediately after the chant to catch the young men.

"Kai oppa, what are you?" Haruna asked.

"I'm a sniper" Kai replied. He was on lying on the floor, mimicking a hitman with a sniper ready.

"Kai, do something that a kid will understand! Not a freaking sniper!" Beomgyu scolded.

"Language." Taehyun reminded Beomgyu.
