Overall, we definitely looked like a couple. We entered the hotel's dining area which was huge. Not many people were present, they had a buffet station. We were assigned to a table of two before going to pick up our food.
"You sure you'll be okay with this food? I know you don't-"
"Yes I will. I can manage this, no big deal" I reassured him as we smiled at each other.
We grabbed our food and then went back to our seats to eat.
"What are we doing after?" I asked as I was done eating.
"you'll see" he said.
"Come on, we already arrived here now you can tell me what's up next" I insisted.
"Just know that you won't be disappointed at all, let's go" he got up in a sudden way and grabbed my arm before we walked out of the dining room.
Where is this guy bringing me all of a sudden?
We got out of the hotel and immediately got into a cab. I actually realized that cabs and taxis are everywhere around this hotel, the same goes for the airport. It makes sense since a lot of foreigners would most likely take one.
In half an hour, we had arrived to a crowded place near the ocean. A huge cruise had stopped waiting for people to get on. It was gigantic to my eyes and splendid as well. Couples, families, elders all kinds of people were present.
We got on as I couldn't stop myself from looking around and enjoying the views. The whole time, Aslan had not once let go of my hand and it made me feel secure.
Being in the middle of such crowds, I always feel my heart beating faster. All sort of sounds and voices from here and there. Instead of letting me get used to the new environment that I am in, he never lets go of me. Showing me that no matter what, he would always be right by my side.
We made our way to the edge of the cruise from the top, having a look at the waves and the gorgeous sunset.
"Do you like it?" Aslan asked me.
I turned my attention to him smiling.
"I do...thank you" I thanked him although this simple word of gratitude could never be enough to thank him for everything that he does for me.
"Why are you thanking me?" He asked.
"come closer" I told him looking around to see if people could possibly be looking at us.
He brought his face closer to mine as I placed a kiss on his cheek.
"what was that for?" he then asked.
"Do I need a reason for showing affection to you at all times?" I asked.
"Of course not, you do as you please...I won't stop you" he said as I chuckled.
