"But, after all these years of working endlessly for ourselves and for the Blight name, I do understand how much self-importance can mean to someone, especially a child. I was a kid once.

It's horrible.

So therefore, if Amity is to be happy staying within the confines of you and/or Lilith Clawthorne, then I too, am happy."

"..."

"And with this, I bid my farewell for now, Miss Owl Lady. Until next time, and please,

give her the living moments she shall cherish that we as parents failed to provide.
It's the only payment that I, myself, could ever ask for.

- Alador Blight."

"Y'know, Alador was always more kind hearted back in school. Why am I not so surprised with this?" Eda said after letting out a deep sigh, pinching the bridge of her nose. As she was about to fold it away to show Lilith later, she realized that there was writing, not on the back of the envelope, but actually the letter itself. It was a bit harder to read as it was hardly legible, the handwriting looking as though it was written by someone who's hands would not stop shaking but after a good long look at it, she was able to crack what it said.

It made her heart drop.

"i may be done, but rest assured this will not stop my wife.

be ready at all costs.

this is not a warning, but rather a demand.

i wish you nothing but the best."

"Oh."

"I need to show this to Lilith. Now." Eda said to herself, stoic, as she rushed inside the Owl House.

"It feels kind of... weird? Y'know, being back in school and all and having all this... attention?" Willow squeaked.

"Yeah, no kidding." Luz said with a gulp.

Luz, Amity, Willow, and Gus all walked the halls of Hexside as they finally returned after everything that has been happening lately. Except for the fact that everyone was either staring, whispering from a distance about them, or literally walking up to them and asking if they could confirm the rumor's.

They could only be excused for so long before things started to affect them permanently on their record, so they had to go back sooner rather than later. Plus, Bump was starting to get rather lonely without them and their daily shenanigans.

Rumor had it that the four had actually gotten kicked out once word got out about Amity's situation. Considering that the Blight's are always a topic of conversation as if it were politics during Thanksgiving, Luz and and the other's just weren't too surprised about that.

Some people thought they had gotten bullied out of the school by Amity's former friend group since she had started to hang out with Luz, Willow, and Gus non-stop but they knew that wasn't necessarily possible. Their friendships rekindled as they were stuck outside of school during their mini lockdown, the friendships not at all being shown toward the school. Plus, Luz, Willow, and Gus vaguely knew that they weren't like that except for Boscha. Amity knew at heart they wouldn't do such a thing.
