Chapter 9

'Seems like its fine.'

I try to remeber the magic Loki said I had but failed.

'Pure strength and skill it is then. Wait comet strike that was the name of one them.'

Running towards the white minotaur I jump in the air and come down at it with a kick, it blocks it and flings me to the ceiling. Turning my feet towards the ceiling I springboard off of it as a ball of fire forms infront of me, I grab it with my right fist and cock it back, when I get close to it I hit it with all the force I can muster. The flames from my fist envelop the minotaur burning it as my fist break both of its arms breaking its gaurd. I spin in the air as the flames go towards my left foot, I axe kick it in the head full force making its head burst and blood to splatter onto my face.

Landing on the ground as the white minotaur disappears leaving behind a curved horn and white pelt I fall onto one knee.

"Yeah that leg is defineatly damaged."

I check my leg and thankfully its not broken only bruised.

"Sweet."

Standing up I collect all the crystals, the white minotaur pelt and its horn.

I head back to the 18th floor to the spot where im suppose to meet up with Riveria and Ais with the pelt over my shoulder. Getting to the rendevouz area I lay down and take a nap.

I'm woken up by someone shaking me. It turns our to be Riveria.

Riveria:"What happened?"

Stretching as I get up I forget about my bruised leg and stumble a little, but Ais helps steady me. Turning to Ais to thank her, I see part of her clothes are destroyed and the bottom part of her right breast is revealed.

"Thanks Ais, I forgot I had a bruised leg."

Ais:"No problem."

"Well Riveria to answer your question on the 17th floor I encountered 6 minotaurs."

Riveria:"That doesn't explain the white pelt or curved horns."

"Actually it does. One of the minotaurs was white with curved white horns. After I smashed its head with a axe kick it dropped its pelt and horns."

Riveria:"A new type of minotaur then. We should inform the guild when we get back, are you good to walk?"

"Yep. Hurts a little but I can walk just fine."

Riveria sighs and bends down and uses a healing spell on my leg making the bruise go away.

"Thanks Riv."

We then start to walk out of the dungeon. On the way out we stumble upon a passed out Bell.

"Whats he doing here?"

Riveria:"Its mind down, looks like he used magic without knowing the drawbacks. You know him?"

"Bell Cranel part of the Hestia familia. Level 1 I believe, advisor Eina. Thats the extent of my knowledge."

Riveria:"Didn't you want to talk to him Ais?"

Ais:*nods*

Riveria:"Well nows your chance."

"Yep. Forward note he may infact freakout when he sees you. He's whats the word? skittish? Yeah that works."

Ais:"Noted."

Riveria and I start to head on out of the dungeon, and then to the guild.

"Hey Eina I got some news."

Eina:"Is it good news?"

"I think so? Maybe? Depends on your few."

Riveria:"He fought a new type of minotaur on the seventeenth floor."

Eina:"What?! A new type of minotaur?"

"Yeah it was white with curved horns and defineatly stronger than the normal ones. One punch cracked the ground."

Eina:"Anything else you can tell me about it? This is important."

"Well its body was stronger than the normal ones I had to use comet strike to finish it off, broke both of its arms with a punch and smashed it head into bits with an axe kick. It was found on the 17th floor when it and 5 other minotars ambushed me."

Eina:"Your level 2 right?"

"Correct."

Eina:"Stats?"

"uh..."

Riveria:"Strength SS, Endurance A, Dexterity A, Agility A, and Magic C, since the last time his level was checked. It is need of an update."

Eina:"Ok so the monster is probably a level 3 monster found on floor 17. I take it those item were dropped by it?"

"Yep these white horns and pelt."

Eina:"Okay I think I got everything, i'll report this to the guild, if we have more questions we'll send a letter to the Loki familia asking for you."

"Ok as long as I dont have to do paperwork. Bye."

Riveria and I head back to the Twilight Manor.

Riveria:"Lets get Loki to update your status."

"Probably should."

Riveria:"What are you planning to do with the items you got?"

"Would they be able to be forged into something?"

Riveria:"I'm sure Tsubaki can do it."

"Then that probably."

We walk into a room with Finn, Loki, and Gareth.

"Can you update my stats Loki?"

Loki:"Sure thing lay down right here."

I take my top off as I lay infront of her.

Finn:"So where did you get the horns and pelt?"

"Riveria can explain I dont want to again."

Riveria procceds to explain my encounter with the white minotaur as Loki updated my stats.

Loki:"Ok so your stats are."

Skills:
Beserker - Strength rises every time the user takes damage. Effect rises based on the user's anger/excitment level.
Physical Enhancement - significantly increases the users strength, allows the users strength to go past S up to SSS.
Magic Resistance - reduces effect magic has on him.
Lucha Libre - significantly enhaces the users strength when fighting barehanded.

Magic:
Comet Strike - launching into the air the user burst into flames as they come down with increased force onto a target, enveloping the target in flames.
Sol Burst - User increases their stats by imbuing their body with flames.

Loki:"You leveled up good job!"

"Nice, can I go to sleep now?"

Loki:"You dont want to go out and celebrate?"

"Sleep. Find a different reason to get drunk."

Loki:"Meanie."

"Loki?"

Loki:"What?"

She says while pouting.

"Are you sexually frustrated?"

Loki:"Shut it! Riveria tell him to go to his room!"

Riveria just looks at me.

Getting up I head to my room and fall in my bed blacking out as soon as I hit it.
