SCP (Part 10): The Stranger

Chapter 2

"Manipulation of minerals... Huh, strange one. But cool." Sapphire said, she was clearly a but dizzy from her first time. Then suddenly came the witch, the witch grabbed me and we flew through the place. The witch laughed as she had me in her grasp. We were flying high above the ground, they couldn't help me at this point.

"WHAT NOW?" I yell out. The witch smiles as we reach the top. I look down to see a large drop below. Several hundred feet, easily that's how far down it was. "Wait... Don't-" I say, but mid sentence I was dropped. I began falling to my doom now. This was it, training? More like death. The cold wind brushed against me as I looked down at the ground and saw the ground coming closer and closer. I look around and see all the O5, they're all panicking as they rush to save me. They knew I would die here without any intervention. I fell for what seemed like minutes, I was falling for a long time. I looked and saw the ground coming closer and closer, but at the same time it had been like that for ages. I look around again and see the area around me expand. What is this? An anomaly? Is this intentional? As I fell I put myself in a position I would be normally standing up. Then suddenly I felt the ground hit my feet. What was this?

"What the hell? What'd he just do?" Canel said, he too was amazed. I look back and see the old witch once again coming to attack me. I look at the witch and I began to start running, I ran as fast as I could. I look back and see the witch, being outran somehow! I see the space behind her behind stretched somehow. What was this strange phenomenon? I stop and the space behind her slinger back forward, like a slingshot it sprung back into normal place and the walls hit the witch. The witch was tossed off her broom and hit all the way to the front of the room.

"It seems no intervention is needed anymore. Somehow something is happening with Grey. Is this his power? If so, what exactly is he doing? And is he conscious of it?" Emily announced through speaker. Baba Yaga got back up from being slammed toward the wall. She looked at me and she was furious, she then let out of God awful scream. She began running at me at a amazing speed. Going easily faster than a vehicle.

"WAIT! IM NOT READY!" I yell out and I hold out my hands in front of me as she runs at me. Then right as she was about to attack me, everything around me started flashing bright colors. It was seizure inducing just the colors, but they were flashing around as the witch went to attack me. Everything had stopped, like time had stopped for this moment. It was like that for a second until eventually it went back normal and the witch was blasted back by a force.

"WHAT WAS THAT NOW? GREY HAS DONE SOMETHING UNIMAGINABLE AND BLASTED BACK BABA YAGA? THAT MOVE WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD!" Emily yelled through the speaker.

"What was that..." I say. I look over and see the old witch, she had given up now. She wasn't getting up any time soon.

"Part one, finished." A voice said through the speaker. Canel and Sapphire began running toward me.

"What was that Grey? Everything just went all rainbow and colors began flashing then suddenly the witch was blasted back! What kind of power is that?" Canel said to me.

"You saw it too?" I say.

"Yes! It's magnificent, the reaction time. The witch was speeding at you, our eyes couldn't even catch up! Then a second and she slows in place and shes across the room and completely blacked out!" Sapphire says. I look over and see Adam walking to me, with a device in his hand.

"Grey, that power was amazing. I have only seen one man with a power even resembling that. And that's The Administrator. Your well on your way to become one." Adam said to me.

"What's with the device, doctor?" I ask Adam.

"Yes, this device can detect changes in reality- pretty much a anomalous detector. Normally reality is at a 100. Slight changes a second. With Canel it went to a 500, major changes to one person. Sapphire it went to 1500, manor changes to landscape and a person. But with you, Grey. It went above..." Adam then looked down at the number. He was amazed. "1 Billion. Almost no anomalies can make changes that big. Although it doesn't mean it's more powerful, it sure is amazing to see that. What I think your power is... Welp it's theoretical, but I think it's reality warping. Hence the large changes." Adam said to me as he showed me the number.

"Yeah... Reality Warping. I can get that one. Hope I don't change it for the worse though." I say.

"Welp get ready for the last and biggest part of the test, it's about to start." Adam then went to the other side of the large glass wall. The door then closes.

"There's still a bigger part? Oh god.." Canel said, he was scared.

"We better give it out all then." Sapphire says.

"For the last part of this test we will be putting you up against..." Emily then paused, and a large platform opened in the middle of the room. Then there were sounds of engines pushing the platform back up. We all got ready. We were ready for anything at this point. Then as the platform went up, I saw a bright white light shining. Then once it appeared on the platform, I felt terror just looking at it.

"SCP 001, the gate guardian. These bad boys were released at the end of the world, easily more powerful than some gods, we fought millions and maybe even billions of these at the end of the world. And now each of you take on 1, although a heavily nerfed version since they're robots. If you fought the real version you would be dead before they even appeared on the platform. What these guys do is they have a sword that's as hot as the sun, that doesn't affect their surroundings, they can swipe the sword faster than the speed of light and can't even be capture by camera, even when slowed down frame by frame. They're usually found outside of what is supposedly the garden of Eden. And they are suppose to be able to send messages to your mind... And the messages can't be disobeyed. They've almost killed 682, left Cain and Able scared to go close. Since these are robots they aren't as intelligent, they're sword isn't anywhere near as hot, and can't swipe anywhere near as fast, and sure as hell don't have telepathy. And they aren't as resilient. They should still be treated with care. So are you ready?" Emily explained. She was clearly excited for this one, excited to see us seriously injure ourselves.

"These guys are suppose to be weaker... Far weaker, and we're fighting less. Even still they're going to be power houses. So, any ideas?" Canel asked.

"Yes, we take on one each of us." Sapphire said.

"Of course, that's literally what they said." I say.

"Well, what's your plan smart ass?" Sapphire was testing me now.

"Okay, let's not start a fight now, well to each other of course. We're going to fight these things instead. So, let's go!" Canel said. And we ran straight at the 3 tall angel like figures that glowed brightly.
