"Yes, I didn't even have the chance to explain her. The chance to even convince her was not there."

She angrily started taking off her jewellery and throwing it away.

"You'd be a fool to have believed that she would ever spend the rest of her life without even a second of sadness here in Patala. Jayanti left her family and married Shukracharya, till today Indra refuses to see her face. Every day, she only wishes that someday her father would speak to her. Indra doesn't even call her his daughter. Sulochana left her father Sheshnaag and married Indrajit. Never had she ever seen her father again until the time Indrajit died. Vishnusuta would have been with a person who loved her and a person she loved but there will always be this regret of never being to meet her father again. You, out of all people, would know how much a father is important in a girl's life. We don't have a father. He died but her father is alive, you think she would have been happy without seeing him ever again?"

"Please get out. I don't want to speak to you at all."

The girl walked out of the room. Nandini broke into tears.

Even when I wanted to hate her for the betrayal, my heart ached to see her in that state. I walked to her in my disguise. She grabbed another glass of wine.

"You might want to drink some water. Already have been too much wine." I tried to tell her while offering her some water. She threw away the water glass. The water spilled in the room. She stood up and stared into my face.

"Listen, stay within your limits. I do not need to take suggestions from soldiers. I will do as I please. I will drink whatever I want. Just leave me alone."

She collapsed and fell to the ground from how much she had drunk. Her kajal spread from her beautiful eyes due to the tears leaking from them.

"Adya..." She muttered and almost breathing heavily.

"Princess." The maids picked her up. She stood up but pushed them away from her. She stumbled but held herself against the chair before the mirror and sat on the chair.

"She isn't the last girl in the world, Nandini." Aakram came in.

"Get out. I came to be a part of your stupid celebration as you all wished now let me be as I wish." She answered.

"There are several girls in this entire universe. Name them and jyesth will bring them right before you." He tried to tell her.

Nandini chuckled. "All the force in the world, Aakram, all the maya in world that he mastered by Virat still couldn't charm his way into Mahalakshmi's heart." She pointed out, laughing in mock. "None of you have ever really loved anyone so how can I expect any of you to understand. I want Adya. Can he bring her? The same Adya that I am in love with? The girl that I grew up with. The girl who's eyes light up my rather dark world? Can you bring another moon for the Earth and ask her to suffice with them? Can you bring a sun that is less bright and ask the Earth to suffice with it? No, Aakram."

"You're being stubborn."

"What do you want? Didn't you and your brother already get what you want? Then why are you two behind me? I honestly have nothing more to lose, so I do not care. I was never loved much by my mother because she was obsessed with her 'perfect' princess. My father was killed. Now, the girl I loved is also killed. What do I have more to lose? Nothing. So, I don't care. Just get out."

"Grow up, Nandini. People who don't belong in our lives cannot try and entice us."

Nandini laughed at Aakram. "I should say the same about the girl you are forcing to marry you. She doesn't belong in your life, Aakram. Payal doesn't belong in your life. No matter what you do, you can never belong in her life."
