Chapter 6 - You sound funny

Pepper, "Hi Peter. How are you?" 

Peter, "Oh I'm okay. I'm good actually. Eh how are you guys?"

Pepper, "We're both doing fine." 

Tony, "Please tell me you're not blushing on the other side kid."

Pepper, "Tony!"

Peter, "I'm not blushing!"  

Tony, "He's totally blushing." 

Peter, "I'm not blushing! I just have a very sensitive face."

Pepper covered her mouth to not laugh out and tease the boy.

Tony, "That's called blushing. Which reminds me of something, what time did you get to school today?"

Peter, "On time!" 

Tony, "Liar."

Pepper sits on the floor beside the bed Tony sat on, "You didn't get in trouble did you?" 

Peter, "No. It was really okay. No problems." 

Pepper, "That's a relief but Peter, it's almost bedtime isn't it? You sure it will be okay to chat on the phone?"

Peter, "What? No, no, I don't have a bedtime."

Pepper smiled amused, "Really now?"

Peter, "Yes for real. No bedtime!"

Tony, "Very, very hard to believe."

Pepper waves her arm at him in a way to make him stop annoying Peter.

Peter, "I'm telling the truth!"
