Your typical highschool student, Y/N, meets seven different girls on separate occasions only to find out they were all part of the same friend group.
Was it a weird coincidence, a gift sent from above, or an ill-fated reminder of Y/N's traumatic pas...
"No! I'm not going anywhere until I pull you back up!" Your eyes start to fog up.
You attempted to pull even harder but you can't, you were too fatigued to do so. You could feel her arm slipping away from yours.
"I'm sorry." Even with the tears, you could see that she was also crying.
You felt her hand slowly creeping away from yours and eventually... The tide swept her away.
'Y/N!'
You gasped for air and sat up on your bed, hyperventilating. You woke up with a cold sweat.
After a few minutes, your nerves started to calm down. Checking the time, it's 2:47 in the morning.
"It was her again."
--------------------
"2 minutes left." The teacher notified the class how much time they have left.
You were thinking hard on what to write for the essay. There's not much time left so you just scribbled the first words that comes into your head and hoped that it would make sense.
The bell's ring chimed through the halls, signaling that the period is now over. You took a look at your paper, the last part is just a horrible mess.
"Give me your papers and you're free to go. Enjoy your lunch."
You got in line with the other students and passed your paper. The teacher gave you an odd look, you responded with a nervous smile and went outside.
"That test was a piece of cake." Said F/N.
"Good for you. I had 2 minutes left when I started answering the essay on the back." There was a brief pause.
"The what?"
"Don't tell me you didn't see the ess-"
"Mr/Ms. F/N!" The teacher from earlier called out.
"Guess you'll be having lunch without me. I'll see you next period."
"Okay."
--------------------
The cafeteria is buzzing with students. You searched around to find an empty seat and eventually, you did.
You sat down and felt the cold steel underneath. You were alone and totally forgot about the girls.
Just as you were about to open your lunch, you felt a gentle tap on your shoulder.
