Chapter 61

"Needy?" She laughs and I blush and nod

"Please?" I ask and she kisses the pout off my face and pulls my shorts off and drops them off the bed

"Oh my god" Callie pants and I roll off of her and lay next to her

"Good?" I chuckle and she just nods and moves her head to lay on my chest and I ran my fingers through her hair

"I love you" I whisper And kiss her head. The two of us cuddled up with each other and fell asleep in each other's arms

"Mom!? Callie!?" Jess yells and wakes us from our sleep

"What time is it?" Callie mumbles still against my bare chest

"4:14" I reply

"Mom!" Jess yells again

"We're in here, give me a sec" I say

"Where's my shirt?" I ask getting out of bed and slipping on a pair of shorts

"I don't know just put one on" Callie replies, trying to wake herself up

"Don't be grouchy with me" I warn teasingly and throw on a different shirt from the closet and she rolls her eyes while putting her own shirt on

I walked out of the room leaving Callie to get dressed and Jess was sitting on the couch with a disgusted look on her face.

"What?" I ask grabbing a bottle of water out of the fridge and sitting down next to her

"Your. Shirt. Is in front of the door..." she says and I laugh

"I was looking for that" I say and get up to grab my shirt and threw it into the bedroom before sitting back down on the couch

"I can't believe you" she says shaking her head and I lay my head against her

"You only said yes so you could come back here and have sex: nasty" she says and I sit up and flick the back of her head

"Shut up and come cuddle with me. I want to hear about your time with your new friends" I tell her and she smiles and cuddles into my arms

I think she secretly loves this. But of course she will never admit to it.

"So, first we just walked around a little. Two of them live here and their parents work on the island then the other 3 are just vacationing. After we walked around for what felt like hours we got ice cream and we all went down to the beach to sit and they invited me to go back down tonight" she says and I nod

"Well I'm glad you had fun and met some new people." I tell her

"But I don't know about you going back out once it's dark. We don't know this place or really those people" I express, wanting her to see my side of it

"But you just let me. It's not that different from night. Ryder said they were making a small fire and we would just go and hang out" she says and I sigh,

"There is a big difference between night and day so let me think about it. And whose Ryder?" I ask

"He in one of the people who live here. His older brother was the one at the bike place" she explains and I nod and Callie comes out of the room, completely dressed like she was earlier

"Callie! You look amazing, like so good" Jess smiles and Callie chuckles and shakes her head

"You want something" Callie says

"I need you to convince Zona that I will be okay to go hang out with the people I was with this morning" she says, and Callie looked over to me and noticed my apprehension

"You know I can't do that" Callie says and sits on the couch as Jess groans

"I said I would thank about it, now be nice and go call Amara or something" I tell her and she smiles at the name of her girlfriend and begins calling her

"You're not moving are you?" I question, raising my eyebrows and she just smiles and continues to lay against me as she talks to Amara

Later that night I had discussed with Callie and we decided that it would be okay for Jess to go out. We trust her and know that she would call if she needed us.

She was on the couch and I walked out of our bedroom to tell her

"You can go out tonight, just be smart" I tell her and sit down on the arm of the couch

"Yea- I don't want too. You're right. I don't really know them or the area. Maybe another night" she says and looks down at her phone

"You sure?" I question, secretly glad with her not wanting to go

"Yea. But can us three have a movie night?" She asked and I chuckle

"Yea we can" I smile and call for Callie. She came out and made popcorn and we all sat on the couch together

"I love you mom" she smiles and I return it.

"Are you okay with me calling you mom? Cause I know at one point we talked and I said I wasn't going too, so I just wanted to make sure and I know I called you zona earlier but it's an adjustment" she rants

"Jess Hunny, I'm okay with it. I love it. And I love you. And I know that. But I am okay and happy with whatever you decide to do"
