"Why are you not trying hard?" I asked her if that snapped her out of her thoughts.
"Those freshman students are very determined to be part of the team." She stated this while looking at the other freshman applicants who were still practicing instead of taking a rest.
"What is the connection between that and you not trying so hard to be on this team?" I asked and she fixed her shoelace.
"This team will never win a trophy." I frowned at what she said.
"What?" She sighed.
"Too much detemination and eagerness is one of the reasons this team didn't win the championship last season."
"I don't get it." She suddenly pointed at Jennie.
"Another reason your team lost." I want to choke her to death. She humiliated our team. "I'm not humiliating your team or something. I didn't mean to offend you."
How did she know what I'm thinking?
"You better keep your opinion to yourself, Monkey. If our captain hears you, war will happen." I warned her but she just laughed.
"That midget can do whatever she wants, except winning the trophy. Trust me, Chip, your team will encounter problems soon." She stood up from her seat and slung her duffle bag. "You better trust me if you want the trophy."
She winked and walked away. She didn't continue trying out. That made me confused.
"Where did she go?" Coach Jessi appeared behind me, and that made me flinch.
"She left."
"Why?"
"Our team is hopeless." She chuckled and nodded.
"She is damn right." Jessi said, and it left me dumbfounded.
I can't understand them. What do they mean about our team being hopeless? I believe that our team is full of great players.

Jisoo
Up to now, Jennie hasn't found a new member of our team. Coach Jessi decided to pick the best six applicants that caught her attention.
Six applicants will be divided into two groups, then six members of our team will be their teammates. It means three freshman and three seniors in one group.
"Where did Limario go?" I asked Seulgi and she looked at me with confusion.
Jeongyeon looked around, but we didn't see Limario anywhere inside the court.
"Did she give up already?" Jeongyeon asked.
"She already left." My Rosé said as she picked up the balls.
"Really?!" We exclaimed in sync and she nodded.
"That monkey." I sighed and shook my head in disbelief.
"Where is the monkey?" Jessi whispered something to my ear that caught me off guard.
"Coach!" I clutched my heart and took a step back from her because I could feel her boobs in my back.
We notice that Jessi is holding the forms. It may be the applicants she chooses.
"Jisoo, Seulgi, and Jeongyeon." Jessi called us.
"Why?" We asked in unison.
"I have a job for the three of you." She motioned for us to follow her, which we quickly did.
She bought us inside the stock room. She made sure that no one followed us.
"Bring that monkey here." Jessi demanded.
"Are you talking about Lalisa?" Jeongyeon asked and she nodded.
"Just do it. You should bring her ass here before the game starts." Jessi said and left the stock room.
Seulgi, Jeongyeon, and I looked at each other before we immediately sprinted outside the court to look for the monkey.
Jessi will punish us if we don't find her in time. She will make us run 50 laps, do 100 push-ups, and plank for an hour.
We ran to the journalism building and looked around each room. We don't care if we disturb other classes, because we only care about ourselves and don't want to experience hell.
We looked around in each classroom, the ladies' comfort room, and even the men's comfort room.
"Where is she?" Seulgi asked, and we were all exhausted.
We already tried to contact that freaking monkey, but her phone was unattended.
"Let's go to her brother's department building." Jeongyeon said, and we immediately ran to the music department.
Gosh, This monkey is such a idiot.

Third Person
The game was about to start and the three idiots still hadn't found the missing monkey. Jessi and the volleyball team are waiting for the three idiots.
"Are you going to play?" Rosé asked Jennie.
"Yeah." Jennie answered shortly as she tied her hair into a ponytail.
"Who will be your setter?" Rosé handed Jennie a mirror so she can see her reflection.
"I don't need a specific setter, I can handle myself." Jennie brought the mirror back to Rosé, and she went to the court.
Rosé sighed and felt bad for Jennie. In the championship game, the brunette lost her best friend, in whom she had the most faith.
Jessi blows the whistle, indicating the game will start now. She will be the referee in this match.
"Where are the three idiots?" Jessi asked as she stood on the elevated platform at the side of the net.
"They are still not here." Joohyun, or most commonly known as Irene, answered.
"Cubby, Nayeon, and Mina will be team A, then team B will be Jennie, Rosé, and Irene." Jessi declared, and they went to their positions.
Team A is now complete, but Team B is still missing one player who irritates a certain brunette.
"Who the fuck is the other player?" Jennie asked, and her annoyance was evident in her voice.
"She might be running a bit late." Rosé answered.
"Can we just kick her out already?" Jennie asked Jessi.
"We can't, we don't want to lose our possible secret weapon." Jessi said that made Jennie frown.
Jennie was about to talk again when the door opened widely that made a loud thud. The three idiots are carrying a human as if it were a sack of rice.
"Coach, we caught the monkey!" Jisoo yelled, and the three cretins threw the monkey into the court.
The monkey groaned in so much pain because she just fell on the hard floor.
"The fuck!"
