So I glanced back openly. While positioning my hands so Hyunsung can't see my expression, I smirked at Jung Jinho.

'I'm the control tower'

That is just what my expression is saying. I can tell Jung Jinho is now seeing me in different light, he seems to realize all of the earlier act is a façade. But the one out of my expectation is, he smiled back at me. This time though, weirdly, I feel its like the first time he smiled genuinely. Like he finally found something he's been searching for.

'What, did he need something from me now?'

Well that can be said later, I guess it can be said we've reach a possibility of negotiation. But for now...

"Hello again, Hyunsung-ssi. I'm glad you seem to be fine. Oh. This is Jung Jinho-ssi, Kim Jaejoon-ssi, and Lee Kichul-ssi"

They nodded at Kim Hyunsung. The lovely regressor nod at me, then at the three, before saying his name.

"Kim Hyunsung"

"Oh they're also our savior"

I pointed my hands at Jung Jinho and the gang. On the other hand, he is looking at me with a dumbfounded expression. As long as they knew, they only bring monsters over. Nothing's remotely like saving me or our lifes.

"Do you see that corpses over there? You see, that hoard of monsters is killed by them. I know they didn't mean to, but the fact is they killed the monsters that is meant to attack us while I was unconcious, so I think it's right to also say that they saved us"

Hayan and Deokgu believes what I said by hundred percent. And the way they look at Jung Jinho and the gang is becoming way more favorable, which is good. But the problem lay with our regressor and his killing intent, which he emmited back the moment I called Jung Jinho my savior.

'I'm sure he feels like his achievements is claimed by another person'

Well not that he will say it is actually his doing. If he did, it will be pretty obvious to me, Hayan, and Deokgu that he is protecting us secretly. No matter how naive he is, he surely realizes that.

"Hyunsung-ssi!?" I called his name almost screamed. Of course, I didn't forget to act afraid. I know he won't hurt me though.

Sounds of swords colliding reverberated. Seeing this, Kim Jaejoon and Lee Kichul is already grabbing their own weapons by now. I can see the difference of power was obvious. Jung Jinho was pushed back little by little, even though I know Kim Hyunsung is not exacting his full power.
