"Jung Jinho-ssi, can I ask you to stop that?"

"Stop what?" Jinho tilted his head.

"Whatever you're doing to Kim Hyunsung. I know you might not be fond of him, but still, don't taunt him too much–"

"Kiyoung-ssi, I have to survive"

"Yes?"

I saw Jung Jinho's face becoming serious. "If you're going to ask me that, please do something about the killing intent he emmited to me every time we fight together. You know full well I almost died countless time because of him"

I was speechless. I think I understand why Jung Jinho always gets on Hyunsung's nerve now. While it's going to accumulated Hyunsung's animosity, it'll also show him how close I am to Jung Jinho. So Hyunsung gradually decreasing his attempt to kill 'by mistake' Jung Jinho in front me in case I'm suspicious of him.

"I understand. But you have to promise me to stop all this—you getting too close to me or taunting Kim Hyunsung—if I successfully persuade Kim Hyunsung to at least let you go until the tutorial is over"

Jung Jinho nodded. "After this I will immediately go separate ways. But I will still contact you just occasionally. Until I successfully made 'that', I will come back for you"

He then turned his back and goes back to where the rest of the party is.

Yesterday, I also have time to talk alone with Jung Jinho and he completely opened up his ulterior motive. That it to make me the head of his brigade. But seeing Jung Jinho's potential, I don't doubt him.

I can't completely join him though, I explained my plan to him and he agreed. He said he'll gladly becomes my watchdog if that means he can 'legally' kills and slay people. Of course, he might do another deeds but he just needs back ups on the side of the light.

So we agreed on this: I will rope in Kim Hyunsung and tried my best to become his trusted person. I will also be the head of the Brigade, still to help Hyunsung towards his goal. I believe there's some problem that can't be solved in the lights way.

I almost jumped out when I heard a cold voice from behind.

"Y-yes, Hyunsung-ssi?" I turned my back to him and saw his expressionless face.

He seems to be hesitating. Of course he would. He usually avoided me like plague, so what's his take now, asking me about the thing I talked about with Jung Jinho.
