Asha Mitchell is all about her education and the next box to check off her list of goals. She never allows anyone to steer her from her path or take her eyes off the prize. She's a big time lover who also knows how to choose herself or play the game...
They both walked out of Victoria's room. Asha walked back to her room with a heavy heart for her friend. To feel like you're not ready for a child is one thing; but to unknowingly be pregnant and lose it had to be a tornado of feelings no one could explain. One would have to experience it to fully understand. Asha prayed it was something the couple could get through together.

The following morning with ten minutes to spare, Asha sat at her vanity combing through her 28 inch side part sew-in. She was trying to loosen the flexirod curls and get her edges together before Sanchez told her he was outside.
She put the comb and edge brush back in its place then stood up to finally change out of her pajamas. She was told to dress nice but casual enough to be outside for a few hours. The predicted weather of sunshine with light wind caused her to pick a pastel pink maxi dress and white Tory Burch sandals. A sudden rush of excitement coursed through her as she put on her bracelets and wondered on what kind of day she was about to have; especially with it starting at eleven o'clock in the morning.
Her phone and the door bell both went off as she adjusted her layered necklaces. She tried to bite back a smile and quickly sprayed on perfume before grabbing her bag of the day and going downstairs. The girls were still asleep so she quietly opened the door and slipped out without giving Sanchez the chance to take a step forward. She could feel and smell him standing close behind her as she locked both latches on the front door.
"Okay," she turned around with a light smile then gasped at his fresh retwist and line up. "Holy smokes. Why didn't I know you got a retwist?"
"Because I wanted to see your face."
"You look beautiful," she cupped his face and gave him a light kiss.
He kissed her cheek then her jaw, "Thank you baby. Mm you smell good." he sniffled and snuggled into her neck.
Asha would never get tired of hearing him call her baby. The way it slipped off his tongue made her warm and tingly. Each time he said it she wanted to squeal to express the feeling it gave her but a bubbly smile was what she met him with instead.
"Good enough to eat right?" she hugged his waist, thinking of the first time she said that to him.
"That's on any given day," he bit down on her neck then pulled back. "Let's go."
"You got us up a little early," she followed behind him to his car.
"You're in for a long day ma'am but don't worry nap time is included in that."
"A long day? Am I being kidnapped? I don't think my boyfriend will like that sir."
"Fuck that nigga. We can box it out if that's what he want." he opened the passenger door for her and gestured for her to get inside.
"Oh you'll fight behind me?" she pushed her glasses up on her nose.
"I'll go toe to toe with any nigga. Know that," he casually leaned on the door, waiting for her to get inside.
