"I'm serious, Harvey, you don't leave things like this to chance."
"I don't. I make my own luck."
Harvey looked over at the defendant, a mobster by the name of Sal Maroni.
"I thought the DA just played golf with the mayor, things like that," Maroni remarked.
"Tee-off's 1:30," Harvey countered. "More than enough time to put you away for life, Sally."

Harvey and Rachel had called their witness, a man by the name of Rossi.
"With Carmine Falcone in Arkham, someone must have stepped up to run the so-called family," Harvey was saying.
Rossi nodded.
"Is this man in the courtroom today?"
Another nod.
"Could you identify him for us, please?" Harvey turned to Maroni, smiling.
"You win, councilor," Rossi said. "It was me!"
Harvey's smile disappeared as he pulled up a document. "I've got a sworn statement from you that this man, Salvatore Maroni, is the new head of the Falcone crime family."
"Maroni? He's a fall guy. I'm the brains of the organization."
Harvey turned to the judge. "Permission to treat the witness as hostile?"
Rossi leapt forward. "I'll show you hostile!"
He pointed a gun at Harvey's face, causing the people in the gallery to scream in terror. Rossi pulled the trigger, but a simple pop noise came from the gun. Harvey stepped forward and grabbed the gun before smacking Rossi across the face.
Harvey unloaded the gun and set it down in front of Maroni. "Ceramic 28 caliber. Made in China. If you want to kill a public servant, Mr. Maroni, I suggest you buy American."
The Bailiffs grabbed Rossi from the box.
"But, Your Honor, I'm not done."

Lucius Fox, now the CEO of (L/N) Enterprises, was speaking to a Chinese man in his 40's by the name of Lau. They were in the Board's office, along with the other members of the board as well as (Y/N).
"In China, LSI Holdings stands for dynamic new growth," Lau was saying. "A joint Chinese venture with (L/N) Enterprises will be a powerhouse."
Well, Mr. Lau," Lucius replied, "I speak for the rest of the board... and Mr. (L/N)" - the board members turned to see (Y/N) asleep in his chair - "In expressing our own excitement..."
Fox showed Lau to the elevator, accompanied by a M and A consultant lawyer by the name of Reese.
"It's ok, Mr. Fox," Lau was saying. "Everyone knows who runs (L/N) Enterprises."
"We'll be in touch as soon as our people have wrapped up the diligence," Lucius said.
Lau stepped into the elevator.
Reese spoke up. "Sir, I know Mr. (L/N)'s curious how his trust gets replenished but, frankly... It's embarrassing."
"You worry about the diligence, Mr. Reese. I'll worry about (Y/N) (L/N)."
