"F/n you coming?" I ask she nods and jogs to me

"Ok lets get coffee because I don't trust that Tony didn't drug all of the coffee machines in the tower" I say, Pietro and F/n stay silent.

"F/n why did you let them leave?" I ask breaking the silence, she looks at me confused

"what do you mean?"

"You heard Dodger you guys are going to get yourselves killed" I say angrily.

"I must say your faith in us is so comforting" Pietro says sarcastically. I sigh and stop walking and turn to them

"its not that I don't think you guys will be able to protect yourselves, its just you saw Coulson how they didn't hesitate to put a round of bullets in his body. And I am even more anxious now that I can't even use my powers to protect you if something happens" I say.

"the team is dealing with them, so for now we should be safe" Pietro says. I give him a look

"Y/n, Dodger could just be saying it to scare you. Why are you taking his word that everything is out to get you" she says. I sigh and nod we walk into the café and order coffees then sit in the nearby park.

"So you moved in with Tony?" F/n says, I smile

"yeah do you think its too soon?" I ask nervously. Pietro clears his throat

"not that I am an expert but you have been through a lot this past year and with the holidays approaching and hopefully more peaceful times, you need stability and your relationship with Tony has been something that has kept you going" he says. I smile and hug him

"That was actually very sweet Piet" I say. He laughs making us all laugh.

while we are laughing I notice a black car zooming down the street and slows down in front of us.

"Y/n you ok?" F/n says noticing I went quiet. I ignore her and continue watching the vehicle, when the backseat window is winded down everything moves in slow motion

The car's windows are lowered and a man holds a gun out the window, making my eyes go wide I go to use my power but fail as I remember, I can't use them.

I look at Pietro quickly

"Get F/n out of here" I yell he notices the car and runs toward F/n and I

BANG

When Pietro puts me down I listen to people screaming, and my stomach drops I turn to Pietro

"Did you get her out of there?" He stays silent. I start shaking and run toward the bench where we were sitting.

And that is where I see her

"NOOOOO" I yell running up to F/n who lays on the bench with a bullet embedded in her forehead.

"no no F/n?" I yell holding her body in my arms. Her eyes are glassy and blood drips from her her head down her face.

"Ma'am are you ok? the ambulance are on their way" a man says. I shake my head tears falling down my face.

"no you can't be dead" I cry. I hear the sound of the car driving past again and ignore it, choosing to focus on my bestfriend.

"Y/n!" Pietro yells. I turn and I don't hear anything. I don't feel anything. I look down and see my chest bleeding. I stand and go to walk toward Pietro as he is frozen standing still, tears streaming down his face.

I close my eyes, as I feel my leg give way underneath me, and I collapse into Pietro's arms.
