?(ONLYONEOF) Junji - Insecure

"hello junji, we have a pair of blue jeans and then this denim jacket, they want you to keep it unbuttoned for the shoot." The stylist explained as he handed junji the folded clothes.

Junji nodded before bowing and leaving to change.

He closed the door to the changing room and sighed. He undressed and stared at himself in the mirror grimacing at his bare torso. to everyone else he had six pack abs and a tones stomach and chest but to him he looked unfit and skinny. He wanted to have bigger muscles, look more masculine but no matter how hard he worked he never seemed to gain enough muscle.

He sighed again as he pulled on the tight jeans and the jacket hesitantly leaving it unbuttoned before joining the others.

"woah, junji-ah you look amazing." Love said smiling at junji.

Junji put a small smile on his face and bowed his head.

"okay boys, individual shots first." The photographer said calling rie over to the set.

He snapped a few pictures them popping up on the monitors. The boys gasped at how good the pictures looked.

They soon all went to take their photos and afterwards they looked through the photos deleting the ones they didn't like.

Junji cringed at his photos. He hated seeing his bare skin In the picture he hated the way his body looked, the way the jacket hung off his frame.

"wow, junji-ah look at that one!" KB pointed at the monitor excitedly seeing how good his dongsaeng looked.

"yah Kim Junhyung why are you so hot?!" yoojung teased staring at the photo in shock.

Junji couldn't see what they saw, all he saw was skin and bone, nothing attractive on the screen at all.

Once they got home junji decided to go to the gym, he needed to start lifting before the music video.

"junji? Where are you going hyung?" nine asked as he ran into junji by the door.

"oh um, I wanted to get a lift in today, I'm trying to start a workout regimen." He said quietly.

"oh okay hyung, don't stay too long okay?"

Junji gave him a small smile before leaving the dorm.

Once he entered the gym, he immediately went to the bench press and began doing some lifts.

He was pretty strong but after two hours he was starting to feel tired. Still, he kept lifting doing way more reps than recommended at a time. He had no spotter and hadn't taken a break at all.

After another fifteen minutes, the door opened revealing KB and Love.

"yah! Junhyung?!" they rushed over to him seeing him drenched in sweat, his arms shaking under the weight of the bar.

"junhyung-ah, this is way too much weight for you to be lifting. Have you been lifting the whole two hours you've been here?" KB said in a parental tone as they rushed to put the bar back and sit junji up on the bench.

Junji was out of breath and extremely sweaty.

"junhyung-ah, this is dangerous, please don't ever lift like this all alone." Love said as he grabbed a towel and began wiping junji's sweat.

"aish, junhyung, come on, let's go home." KB said as he helped junji stand.

As they began walking out junji's knees buckles as dizziness washed over him and he almost hit the floor before KB caught him.

"woah! Junhyung are you okay?"

He nodded weakly feeling his limbs aching, his body exhausted.

"we need to get you some water, here slowly hyung-ah." They led junji back to the dorms and slowly sat him on the couch. Love rushed into the kitchen getting a bottle of water for junji returning quickly just as the other members came in to see what was going on.

"here buddy, drink some water." Love said slowly tilting the bottle into junji's mouth.

"hyungs? What's going on?" mill asked as the boys sat near junji.

"junji just overdid it at the gym that's all, don't worry yongsoo-ah." KB reassured as he rubbed junji's tense shoulders.

"are you feeling better junhyung?"

He nodded softly leaning back against KB.

"please don't overwork yourself hyung-ah you could've gotten seriously hurt." KB scolded gently running his hands through junji's long sweaty hair.

"I'm sorry hyung...I just...I wanted to try and gain some muscle..." he said in a tired voice.

"why buddy? You don't need to do that." Love said.

Junji looked down at his lap.

"I just...wanted to look better for the comeback."

"hey, what do you mean look better? Junhyung, you look absolutely perfect." Yoojung said seriously.

Junji shook his bangs to cover his eyes still looking down at his folded hands in his lap.

"junhyung-ah, what's going on? Tell us what you're thinking." KB said softly.

Junji sniffled as he felt tears come to his eyes.

"i...I feel...really uncomfortable hyungs..." he said in a quiet shaky voice.

"with what honey?" Love said softly.

"the comeback..." he sniffled, a tear dripping off his cheek and hitting the couch.

"hey, hey, hyung? Are you crying?" mill asked as he saw the water fall from his face.

Junji reached up and wiped his cheek, but his tears were still slowly falling.

"junhyung-ah, baby why are you crying? Tell hyung what has you upset." KB cooed softly as he slowly rubbed junji's back.

"i...I don't like the way I look hyung...i...I don't like my body...and...and in those pictures i...I just looked so...so ugly I didn't want to use any of them..."

Their hearts broke hearing junji talk about himself like this.

"junhyung-ah, honey why would you think that way? You're body is absolutely amazing, you have nothing about you that's ugly hyung-ah, not at all." Love said very seriously slowly rubbing his arm.

"i...I just wish I looked more masculine...i...I I'm just so skinny and...and weak looking..."

"yah, hyung that's not true. You look absolutely perfect; you aren't skinny or frail. Look at you. you have toned abs, big arms and broad shoulders. You are incredibly beautiful hyung, you should never think of yourself like this." Nine said taking junji's hand into his own.

"yeah hyung, whatever you see isn't what anybody else sees. We all see how handsome you are, and you should be proud of your body and how hard you work for it." Mill said confidently.

Junji wiped his tears away and looked at the members.

"trust us hyung-ah, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the way you look." Rie reassured giving him a warm smile.

Junji sniffled and smiled softly.

"i...I guess I've been thinking this way for so long I couldn't really see myself anymore..."

"junhyung, if there's anything that your dealing wit or something's bothering you you can always come talk to us. We are all always here for you no matter what." KB said.

"thank you guys...I'm sorry for acting crazy..."

"hey, it's okay bubs, and if you're still uncomfortable we won't make you wear those clothes for the comeback, we just want you to be happy."

Junji nodded softly feeling grateful for his members kindness and reassurance.

"we love you junhyung-ah, we are always here, don't forget that."

He smiled hugging his members softly relaxing in their embrace.

With their encouragement junji felt himself gradually gain more confidence and he ended up doing the libido concept as planned receiving constant support from the boys.
