Timekeeper Raymond Leon //"Change"\\

Start from the beginning

"Sit down." The black haired timekeeper enters a room, the room has green and yellow peeling wallpaper, a blue carpeted floor, and a wooden chipped desk with two chairs. He brought you to a hidden investigation room in a worn down building in your time zone. You have been in this room for over ten minutes but he just entered. He handcuffed you to a chair when you first entered but the chair is so little you can easily lift it with your wrist, he has his gun close just incase you get brave.

"Make me asshole." You have this bravery inside you, you want to hurt him but obviously in a fight in chair vs gun, gun wins.

"Fine by me." He pulls out his pistol and you sit down reluctantly. He puts his pistol back in the holster and he sits down to. "I'm Timekeeper Raymond Leon, and you are being charged with illegal gambling and illegal fighting, how do you pled?" He crosses his arms, you smile maliciously at him.

"Are you required to say that Ray, or are you in a creative mood?" You also cross your arms mocking him, he glares at you. You can't help but find his name familiar, Raymond Leon...You think to yourself trying to remember where you heard it.

"Don't call me that and yes. Now how do you pled."

"Fine I'll call you bastard." You look at him with a look of pure hatred, he sighs.

"I'm not hear to play games with you Y/N."

"Well you're losing regardless." You lean back in the chair, and he stands up.

"I'll be back in five minutes, you have till then to decide to talk." He pushes in his chair and opens the door before he leaves you scowl.

"And if I don't?"

"Then you probably won't be able to talk ever again." He slams the door and you laugh,

"Pathetic rich bastard." You say to yourself, but then, then it hits you. The name Raymond Leon is familiar, because you knew him. The little scrawny kid you grew up with...Raymond Leon...the one who gave your mom a month when she was on deaths door, you two were both twenty at the time...Raymond Leon...your old friend. You knew Raymond since you went to elementary school, you two were almost always in the same class so you became good friends. When you are young your clock doesn't start ticking, it starts at age twenty five so back then you guys were carefree, he was one of the kindest people you ever meant, the only one in Dayton who ever gave, he gave so much by the time he was twenty two his clock was down to four months, you are supposed to start off with a year. That's when it happened, as you sit in this makeshift integration room you remember this memory as if it was yesterday.

You two both were sitting on the edge of a bridge, just looking into the water, your clocks will start to count down in three years, you wanted to enjoy your last few years doing things you won't have time to do later on, just enjoying the scenery and each other's company. The bird chipped without a care in the world, your hair blew in the wind and he was actually smiling. "I'm going to miss this, you know when we can't just enjoy the simple things.

"Me to, but it's inevitable, I'm just glad I can spend my last few years of freedom with you Y/N/N" He nudged you playfully "Or maybe my kindness is a facade and I'm going to push you off the bridge right now." You looked at him and rolled your eyes.

"Aw you stole my idea, maybe I'll put a venomous spider in your bed instead, much more creative." You joke, you both laughed and the wind blew very gently.
