Chapter 47- Red light district aftermath

When Yuta joined the slayer corps, he quickly climbed up the ranks, hearing that if you become a hashira, you'd get more access to information and the slayer list but he was enraged to hear that Michikatsu had killed himself after Yoriichi's death and left the corps.

 When he was sleeping at night in his room, Hizu appeared on his window sill and told him that if he becomes a demon and grow to become a strong demon, he could survive and live until Michikatsu would be reincarnated and the both of them could reunite with the one that they love. Yuta agreed and became a demon. On the same night, he went to kill the people from his clan but some branch members who were away survived. That was the same time Hizu went to eat his family.

With all the experience he had and the amount of training he went through, he became upper moon 1 however, all the strength he had would be useless against Michikatsu because the rose quartz necklace he kept was like a seal that tied his heart and made his power decrease by into the strength of a lower rank demon. When he had found out that Michikatsu was reincarnated, the kanji 'ichi' slowly disappeared from his eye. 

[Hizu's past]

Hizu grew up in a family of four that included him, his step-mother, his father and little sister who was very weak. Hizu's sister was very kind and would always try to get along with him but he'd always ignore her because he blamed her for their mother's death when she gave birth to his sister. Hizu had always wondered how his sister was able to stay alive for so long with such a weak body, sniffing blue flowers all day and one time she even accidentally ate a blue flower. He even started to think that those blue flowers somehow kept her alive since she was always near them.

When he was 19, his father brought in another woman which greatly annoyed him so he ran out of the house when he was confronted by a demon. Luckily, he was able to dodge since he was fast on his feet until Michikatsu appeared and saved him which inspired him to become a demon slayer. 

The thunder hashira at that time had actually personally offered to teach Hizu since he saw potential in Hizu's speed, so Hizu became his tsugoku and would be the next thunder hashira. As Hizu grew faster and faster, even being able to dodge and make a lower rank moon lose sight of him from his speed, he also grew pretty confident. He would go on missions a lot and during this time, Michikatsu was his partner in these missions and the two became best friends.

Michkatsu had also met Hizu's family as well as his little sister which annoyed Hizu because of how quick Michikatsu got along with her. Michikatsu would always compliment his sister and say how nice she was, supporting her older brother's decisions and dreams to become a slayer which just made Hizu more annoyed towards his little sister who he doesn't really like. 

On the mission where Michikatsu was taken by Muzan, Hizu was able to use his quick speed to get back to the base and find Yoriichi quick but he was unfortunately too slow to stop the one he loved from killing himself. Hizu fell into depression and shut himself off from the world, ignoring everyone no matter who it was including the thunder hashira. His successor title to become the next thunder hashira was also taken from him by a boy with black hair who seemed like a scary cat and screamed a lot (Zenitsu's ancestor because why not?). 

Hizu was approached by Muzan one night who told him that he was quite impressed by his speed and Muzan said that he had a feeling that if Hizu turned into a demon, he'd see Michikatsu again son. Just from hearing the name 'Michikatsu', Hizu immediately agreed. After he became a demon, he immediately vanished and went to train his demon blood art which allowed him to control time. Muzan was right, he would see Michikatsu faster if he trained enough to speed up time so Michikatsu would reincarnate faster.

Months later, he found out about Yuta and he felt sympathy (he just turned into a demon so he still feels some human emotions) for Yuta since he was similar to him and offered Yuta the chance to become a demon and see Michikatsu again which Yuta agreed.

The same night, Hizu went to kill him family. His father who replaced his mother, his step-mother who he hated the thought would replace his mother and his little sister; the reason why his mother died would all be gone. He successfully ate his step-mother and father who welcomed him back so cheerfully but when he bit his sister once, he felt pain surge through his body the second a drop of her blood entered his mouth. While his sister ran away, he was on the ground in pain as most of his demon powers disappeared and so did his demon features, making him look completely like a human. He was reverted back in a half human but half of him was still a demon. His powers decreased and he was only able to see the future and not control time.

Muzan who came by realised that the flowers around their house were blue spider lilies, but when Hizu told him that his sister actually accidentally ate one before and didn't turn into a demon, he concluded that his sister was immune to the blue spider lily and instead of giving her negative effects, the blue spider lily gave her strength and kept her alive and that was why she was able to survive with such a weak body. The blue spider lilies around the house couldn't be used though so Muzan wasn't able to eat them because they had been covered in his little sister's blood when he ran away and they turned red. 

Hizu then believe that if he were to wait a few generations, his sister's immunity to the blue spider lily and it's ability would lesson as her off springs continue to replicate so he built the 'Ukimi house brothel' in the flower district where his sister was said to had runoff and successfully started a family at. He protected his sister's off springs so he could eat one of them when the was sure that the blood his sister possessed was barely left in their veins so he could become a full demon again. It was like a curse.

Hello everyone, I hope you liked the chapter. I know Yuta and Hizu's backstories were long but I hope you at least found how Hizu reverted back into a half human kind of interesting. Because Yuta and Hizu's past were so long it replaced Tashio Secret for this chapter.
