okay, why am I feeling nervous?

I took my earpods and decided to listen to that song-- the first song when Eric and I first met each other, the song made me smile.

It feels too nice.

then, someone came and stood in front of me, and it made me break into a smile. but then, it faded when I expected it was Eric--

"Finally I found you,"

--but it's not.

"Heeseung, what are you doing here?" (AHAH THERE HE ISSSSSSS)

As he tried to hold my hands, I stepped back from him- trying to glance away.

"y/n, I can explain this please,"

"It's over, Hee... you should go back with your new girlfriend,

please, don't try to ruin my feelings again,"

"y/n, this is a misunderstanding, okay? I never liked her in the first place--"

then, my eyes started to become teary.

"stop it, Hee....you never liked ME in the first place. I know you're doing this to get her attention, and you know what? I did once catch you were cheating with her, but I let it slide because I loved you too much,

then, I ran away from my life.

my tears kept flowing all over my cheeks as I was sitting on the bench in the park, whilst the scene I met him all over my mind again.

gosh, he ruined my day.

As I was too busy crying, I suddenly felt someone stop in front of me, panting as he tried to catch his breath after running all his way to get there.

"I know you'll be here,"

"Eric,"

then, I started sobbing again as he sat beside me-- wrapping his arms around me and putting my head on his shoulder.

"shh, I'm here now, it's all good now,"

he patted on my shoulder as I'd been crying for minutes in his embrace, then I finally stopped sobbing. I looked at him-- who was still in his neatly plain shirt; covered with my tears on his left shoulder as I remember about our hang out.

"Eric did y-you go there? shit, I'm so sorry-- your shirt--" my tears couldn't stop flowing as he suddenly cupped my face and wiped the tears away.

"Hey, hey, don't worry about it, it's fine,

at least I know you're here,"

he smiled, rubbing my cheeks softly.

"y/n, the reason I want to meet you because I actually wanna tell you something,"

then, our eyes fell on each other.

"I know this isn't a good time to say this, but if I didn't do this, I'll not be doing this forever,"

he took a deep breath.

"I fall in love with you since the first time I saw you here,

not the first time we both talked,

but the first time actually saw you here-- crying too,"

his eyes were still on me as he interlocked his hands with mine.

"I still remember I used to jog since I wanted to let my sadness about my friend's death fade away, but then I kept seeing you here, wiping your tears alone when you're crying, and it made me realize that someone was holding her pain alone--"

he slowly caressed my hands.

"--so it made me feel like I wanted to know you more; what made you keep crying, what made you feel gloomy,

and what can make you happy,

so I did it,

I got to know you,

and I wanted to know everything about you more, y/n,

I want to make you happy with me,

I'll try to make you smile more,

will you let me do that?"

"yes, Eric,"

I smiled, nodding shyly as I was touched by his words as his smile went wider. he planted a kiss on my forehead and looked at me, still beaming softly at me.

"I'll make you happier, y/n"
