so, honey gets high for the first time in their life and they proceed to have the world's worst panic attack. it's during then that one of jacob's friends spills the beans that jacob is only with them to get youtube famous. they grow violent and lash out at everyone around them before fleeing to the creek, not wanting to go home and face their mom or their empty house.

honey is crying and disoriented, not sure what they should do. they didn't feel like themself and didn't know what was next for them, as they no longer had anyone to turn to.

but then, they get a discord notification! and it's from the only one of the mcyts that they have yet to block: sapnap. he's asking if they're still alive and to please respond, so honey calls him.

and they tell sapnap everything. well, everything from that night. about how jacob and his friends basically hazed them into smoking weed and how they couldn't even think straight and how they can barely breathe. about how they blocked everyone and have nowhere to go.

sapnap, to his credit, doesn't fucking immediately lose his shit. he tells honey that he'll get tommy to come pick them up, despite them retiterating that tommy hates them. he says that tommy was their best bet of being safe for the night and that tommy will understand, to which honey eventually agrees and has sapnap tell tommy they're at the creek.

sapnap goes through with his plan, but after telling tommy of honey's whereabouts and what happened, he goes and texts phil and tells him what had happened.

tommy has his mom drive them to the creek and he runs across the water and finds honey curled up into a ball. this scene in particular was supposed to mirror the time they both got drunk together and was supposed to have the lingering question of "why did things change?"

tommy embraces honey and says he forgives them and that even if honey wanted nothing to do with him still, he would still be around and would help them whenever. and that's when you hear honey's heart shatter into two as they cry into tommy's shoulder.

the next day at tommy's is relaxed, as tommy listens to why honey did the things they did. he's upset that he couldn't see how big of a piece of shit jacob was and tells honey that none of it was their fault anyway.

and then, the doorbell rings.

surprise, its sbi minus techno, here to see if honey is alive.

turns out, phil told the others about what sapnap had told him and that led to an impromptu trip to tommy's, as they had been driving since early that morning to see their friend. 

tubbo tackles honey and breaks tommy's coffee table (yes, this is important to mention) and cries about how much he missed them. wilbur is instantly mother henning them and talking about when techno gets there, they're going to find jacob and beat the shit out of him.

phil shoos wilbur away, telling him that it's illegal for him and techno to beat up a minor. and then follows this by saying that tubbo and tommy can beat up jacob, to which the both of them instantly agree, much to honey's horror.

still, techno comes in that next morning and he and honey share a cute little hug while techno goes on and on about how some people are just bad and don't deserve to be given good things, especially when they try to use you.

oh, and when techno comes in, honey decides then to spill the beans as to why they think jacob sought them out, mentioning that jacob probably wanted internet clout and used honey as an attempt to get to them.

phil, who was holding a plastic waterbottle at that moment, squeezes all the water out. and boy, techno, where did you get that big knife from???

honey miraculously manages to keep them from driving to jacob's and beating the shit out of them right there and then, telling sbi that they're gonna break up with him anyways. they didn't feel comfy with their relationship in the first place and jacob did a lot of hurtful things to them. so, begrudgingly, sbi agrees and decide to give honey the benefit of the doubt, knowing they'll do what's right for themself.

honey is feeling particularly violent at this point and goes up to jacob that monday at school. they play it up, apologizing and begging jacob to "forgive" them for running away from the party and the little shit is like "alright, i guess."

honey tells tommy during first period that afterschool, he needs to go straight home and tell the others that they're bringing jacob to tommy's house. and the little british fuck is just FOAMING at the mouth to throttle jacob, so he agrees immediately.

honey convinces jacob to follow them afterschool and says that they made up with the mcyts and now the youtubers wanna meet him. jacob's dumbass is on board instantly and is simply too stupid to see that honey is basically about to toss him into the lion's den.

jacob enters tommy's house, peering around and very excited because finally, he will become famous for video games.

and philza is on the couch, looking at jacob like the scum of the earth he is, and begins talking about how some people aren't worthy of forgiveness or just good things in general. and then it finally hits jacob that oh, he's not here to befriend the mcyts.

he turns to ask honey what was happening but is stopped by an incredibly tall american looming over him with a deadly aura.

techno is physically holding himself back, pointing slowly to the couch. "sit down." is all he says.

jacob stutters, but immediately clams up when wilbur comes up behind techno. now there's two tall men glaring at the little shit.

so, jacob is now sitting on the couch, terrified that he's about to get jumped. honey, though extremely uncomfortable, wants to see him suffer like them, and sits down next to phil, watching it all play out.

tommy and tubbo have now made an appearance! they come down the stairs and as soon as tubbo lays his eyes on jacob, he storms across the room and proceeds to punch the EVER LOVING SHIT OUT OF JACOB.

it was a solid three minutes before they successfully pulled tubbo off of that man.

jacob, now disheveled and bruised, listens as sbi vocally roast the hell out of him, threatening his life and forcing him to apologize.

only he doesn't. he says he's not sorry and looks honey in the eyes while he says this.

wilbur is about to punt this fucker into the ceiling but is stopped by honey, who gets up, grabs jacob by the shirt, and escorts him out of the house. on tommy's porch, honey threatens to go to the police with evidence that he smoked and owned weed and was underage drinking if he doesn't cut all ties with them.

and when jacob is walking away, honey yells that they were in love with him at one point. and jacob turns around and tells honey that he never loved them in the same way.

it just so happens that when jacob turns around to walk again, techno rips open the front door and throws one of tommy's basketballs into the back of jacob's head before yanking honey inside.

...

it's around this point in the story where nothing really started making sense. i didn't have an ending planned, i had no real wrapping up of honey's mom and their parent's divorce, nor what happened to cause this divorce, so i guess that was the plot of are you satisfied.

i seriously could never envision this many people identifying with my blatant self insert and it's such a relief to see that even after about a year with no words, y'all still want to see more of honey and honey's first story. thank you so much for being here with me and supporting me.
