˗ˏˋ STEP 1 'ˎ˗

Go onto Pinterest and search for any characters of your choice. I'll be using Akira Kurusu (Joker) from Persona 5.

˗ˏˋ STEP 2 'ˎ˗

Open PicsArt and press the "+" on the bottom. Go to the Photos section and click on "All photos." Then on the top row, click on the transparent background.

Once you got your transparent background, go to the bottom and scroll until you see the "Add Photos," button. Add the fanart. Click the photo, and on the bottom click "Crop." There on the bottom click on the "Square." Once done, click apply on the top right corner. Center the fanart in the middle then  sure you zoom it in so that it fits the background

Once finished, repeat step 2 with the same fanart. Now on the bottom, scroll to the right where you find the "Shape." Button.

Once there click the circle on the button.

Adjust the size of the circle and click apply. Then you'll be taken to this screen.

Here you can choose the size for the border alongside the color. If you want a color from the fanart use the eyedrop or color wheel! Once done, click "Apply."

Once finished, you can zoom in and adjust the picture and once finish click "Apply." then "Next."

Click save and you're done!
