Chapter 1 (part 1 of 2)

Start from the beginning

"Get a chair David." Jay groaned as David rushes through one of the three doors located in the room. Within seconds he pulls out a chair, he places it in the center of the room.

"Is Michael up?" Ryan asks, still hoping that Michael doesn't want to be bothered with this unnecessary task. David nods as they place the rider in the chair. They all took a step back and look at him. It is dead silent in the room, which is not at all rare. "Well we better tie him up before Michael gets out here." David concludes as he turns back around and walks through the same door, leaving Ryan and Jay with the rider.

All the while Jay and Ryan turn to each other. "I don't think we should let Michael talk to him, he's got a speech today and it might not be good for him. You know?" Jay considers as he runs his hand over his face whipping off the dirt. Ryan nods his head, thanking the heavens that Jay has seen his fault. Jay has to admit, Ryan was right. Mostly considering Michael has a very important speech today.

"You are right, for once." Ryan smiles just as David walks in with the rope. He stands there, instantly confused, seeing that both Ryan and Jay with smiles on their faces. He sighs, wondering if he'll ever understand their odd relationship, he already knows the answer is no. "David, put the rope away. We'll just set this one free." Jay decides as he looks at Ryan.

Jay and Ryan have know each other the longest. They have survived through thick and thin and still they are the best of friends. No matter the tussles & arguments they get into. Nothing, and I mean nothing, could ever break their friendship.

"Jay I can't do that. Michael wants his securely tied up." David explains as he walks over to Jay and Ryan handing them both an end of the rope. Ryan takes a gulp, while Jay moves the collar of his shirt away from his neck. Both are shocked, and truly a bit scared.

"He wants a simple rider, a 'Dove' tied up?" Ryan asked, simply amazed that Michael would really waste his time with a little bump in their plans.

"He wants to personally deal with him." David retorts just as Ryan finishes. Jay and Ryan look to each other, both understand exactly what this meant. "Okay let's do this quickly." Jay groans as they begin to tie up the rider.

David on the other hand begins to fix the radio so that they may be able to hear it. It was morning time, and everyday they check to see what is happening in the other states & to find about any new news that has taken place.

Moments passed and finally the rider was tied up. Suddenly David fixed the radio, and the broadcast fills the room.

'It seems we have lost a day for celebration.......my brothers and sisters. Light has just- conquered Mecca. The scene is..................Blood..........Death.......It seems that there is nothing left alive.........Though my brothers and sisters, the revolution is........ Our time has come........LIGHT shall fall........soon.........we......will........fight.'

David turns off the radio as he begins to look around the room. Jay and Ryan seem shaken as they stand there. David just looks to the ground as he rubs his arm slowly. It is dead silent. Jay shakes his head as he looks at Ryan. Both men have been fighting for this revolution since the beginning, but they never imagined it to be like this. They wished, with all their might, that it wasn't.

Jay crouches down to the ground. "No, no, no this is not good. Not one bit." Jay stutters as Ryan looks to David.

"David leave, now." Ryan commands as his eyes lock onto David. David nods quickly, he will not argue with Ryan. Not like this. He begins to turn around to head to his home to wait for futher commands. Suddenly a voice stops him. "No, David stay." A man's voice urges.

Everyone turns around to see him, Michael, standing in the door. His eyes turn to the rider, and stay there. David smiles as he looks at Michael. He reminds David of his father, a man that died trying to fight LIGHT. Just as Michael is now.
