"What are you gonna' do about it? Bitch." She called out to you.
"Now, you see, that really wasn't very nice of you. Besides, I don't think you'd really want to know what I'm capable of, so right now, your best bet is to run along back home." You smiled jokingly, clearly giving her her last warning.
"I'll take my chances." She smiled, looking up at Damon who was in the middle of downing another glass of bourbon, trying to block out the scenario.
"I don't think you have many chances left to risk." You warned yet again, chuckling as you looked down to your drink on the bar-top.
She scoffed at your comment and you looked up to her, eyes slowly turning red as dark veins begin to protrude out from under them. She gasped, stumbling back a little before running out of the bar almost in tears.
"Is it wrong to think that was extremely hot of you?" Damon asked after a couple of minutes of laughing together at the girls reaction, eyes fixated on you as you giggled. He smiled warmly and pulled you into his side.
"I kind of love you." He chuckled
"Well that's good, because I kind of love you too." You beamed as he leaned down to kiss you.
Klaus: You had been dreading the 'founding families ball' for months now, and the time had finally arrived.
"C'mon love, we just need to get this over and done with." Nik huffed as you both exited the car, giving you a quick peck on the cheek. "Shall we?" He smiled, holding his arm out for you.
"We shall." You laughed, linking your arm with his as you both walked into the Lockwood mansion.
It didn't take long to find your assigned table and take a seat, sipping on wine and beginning to mingle with other guests, to look as normal as possible. You were in the middle of an absolutely riveting conversation with the Mayor when you looked over to see a girl getting a little too friendly with Nik. He looked obviously uncomfortable and you certainly weren't happy with her resting her hand on his upper arm as she spoke to him.
"Hold that thought Carol." You smiled at the Mayor, turning on your heal and heading toward Klaus.
"Hello," You greeted both Nik and the girl as you approached.
"Who are you?" The girl snapped, obviously annoyed that you had interrupted her little conversation with Klaus.
"Nik's girlfriend." You smiled a little too sweetly at her
"Oh, is that so?" She smirked, hand still firmly on Nik's arm as he chuckled, knowing that if the girl kept up this kind of ignorance, shit would go down.
"Yes. It is." You said firmly, motioning to her hand on his arm so she would take the hint and tone it down. She simply scoffed, raising an eyebrow in your direction and turning back to face Nik.
"Hey," You started, regaining her attention, "You see that fountain out there?" You said kindly, pointing out the window.
"Yes." She answered obviously
"Why don't you go for a swim?" You said firmly, looking deep into her eyes. Compelling her.
Without another word, she took her hand away from Klaus' arm, stood up and headed out the door. You retook your seat and sent a warm smile Nik's way.
"Have I ever told you I love you?" He asked amusingly, impressed with how you handled the situation.
"Sure have, but I never get tired of hearing it." You smiled. A large splash was heard from outside, followed by a sea of gasps. You turned your head to look back out the window and saw the girl trying to backstroke in the shallow fountain, making a complete fool out of herself. You giggled and turned back to Nik who had a huge smile plastered on his face as well.
"You are amazing." He started, chuckling slightly as he grabbed your hand, "C'mon, lets get the hell out of here."
"Happily." You answered with a smile as you began walking out of the Lockwood mansion, hand in hand.
Elijah: There aren't too many gentlemen these days. Well, none like Elijah at least. His kind demeanor mixed with his stunning good looks attracts a lot of women, that was inevitable. But it didn't worry you at all, because you knew he would never go along with it as long as he had you, which he always would. You had been walking around the French Quarter of New Orleans together, just admiring the old buildings as he told you of the time he spent there all those years ago. He pulled you into a small restaurant-like bar and you quickly sat yourselves down in a small booth.
"I used to come here with Niklaus quite often." He smiled, reliving the memory in his head. "I can't believe it's still here, re-done of course." He smiled, looking around the room.
"Hello there," A perky voice pulled you both out of your trance, a young woman, fairly tall, her uniform just a little too tight in certain areas.
"What can I get you.. two, today?" Her smile faltering as she acknowledged your existence.
"We'll just start off with a latte each, thank you." Elijah answered, refusing to make eye contact with the woman as he had already noticed her flirtatious behaviour.
"Right away." She winked, swinging her hips as she walked away, behind the counter, keeping a close eye on Elijah. You shook it off and continued to make conversation, deciding not to bring it up, and instead asked him about what other memories these walls held.
Within four minutes the waitress had returned, placing down Elijah's drink in front of him. Before going to place yours down, she gave you a quick glare, pretty much telling you what was going to happen. She was going to spill the coffee on you. Little did she know, you were a witch, and that was a terrible idea.
She leaned just a little too far over the table, knocking the cup slightly, you used your powers to maneuver the mug so it would fall the opposite way, onto her. The beverage not only soaked the front of her uniform, but somehow managed to find its way to her hair. She gasped and stumbled back, looking down at her coffee stained dress and soaked hair.
"Oh are you okay?" You smiled falsely, voice completely monotone, hand outstretched offering her a napkin. She looked at you in disbelief and stormed off into the bathroom. You giggled to yourself, picking up the cup, and simply pointing to it, automatically refilling it with coffee.
"Well played." Elijah chuckled, giving you a loving smile.
"I had to do what I had to do." You laughed.
"It really is adorable when you get jealous." He stated while taking a sip of his coffee, then looking up to meet your eyes.
"Hey, I wasn't jealous, I was defending your honour." You joked. He laughed heartily and reached for your hand across the small table.
"I really do love you y/n." He smiled
"I love you too."
