I find the Génoise bread and cut it into 3 layers while Omen mixes, "Y/N? Is it supposed to be fluffy?" I hear Omen as and i walk beside him, "Yeah, It's frosting." I say as i dip my hand and put it on my lips, I lick my lips and i hear Omen laugh a little, I turn to him and raise an eyebrow, "Sorry, You missed a spot." He points to a spot beside my lips and i wipe it with my finger and lick my finger,

"Wanna try?" I open a pack of frozen strawberries and cut them, After i'm done cutting them i put down the first layer of the Génoise down, "Okay, I'm done here." Omen hands me the syrup and i apply syrup on the first layer, "Why'd you put it there?" He asks beside me - "So it stays moist." I grin at him, "Can you put the strawberries on?" I ask him, "Wait what? Where do i put them?" He asks confused, "Just put them anywhere just put them on nicely." I say as i grab the frosting bowl,

He does what he's told, "Good job!" I say and he smiles at my compliment, I grab the spatula and put on the frosting on the first layer, He's watching me closely, I feel his breath on my ear and my heart races - Oh my god?? Focus? He puts the syrup, Then the frosting and then the strawberries and then the frosting again, "Good job." I smile and he smiles back nervously, I grab the last layer of Génoise and put it on top and then put the frosting all around the cake, There's some on my hands but that's alright - "It looks like a real cake." Omen says, "?? It is a real cake?" I frown and he laughs, "I never thought you would be good at baking." He teases and i frown, "What's that supposed to mean?" I scoff and he laughs and i smudge the frosting on my hands all around his face,

"Hey??" He smiles and i laugh at his face and he rolls his eyes playfully and puts his fingers in the frosting bowl and smudge it on my face, "Omen, What the hell?" I groan and he laughs, "Now we're even." He says and i laugh, I put the remaining frosting on the piping bag so i can decorate the cake - "Don't just stand there, Help me." I say and he sighs and smiles we both decorate the cake and then put the strawberries on top, I sigh in relief because it actually looks normal,
